We just purchased our first home with Jones Robinson as the acting estate agent and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We were always kept up-to-date with the purchase and Nicky was in constant contact with us throughout. Highly recommend!

I have always found the experience of moving to be extremely stressful and nerve racking....... apart form this time. Jo and Toyah in the Lambourn office of Jones Robinson have be extremely helpful, friendly and professional from the word go. They have even gone out of their way on occasion to help overcome any problems and issues that may have occurred. Thank you Jones Robinson for providing me with these two exceptional people to assist me in this move.

Went to Jones Robinson to let a place. Got a date booked and the day before was told I could not move in anymore. They had delayed the documents so they could not be legally responsible. Had to move quick so i stayed with them. Moved into another place within 7 days.

Once moved in they failed to get back to me multiple times with queries and request. I'm still waiting on ALL my questions...

Would not recommend. The Property management team also don't care and are rude.

Leave all Estate Agent stereotypes aside when dealing with Jones Robinson. We recently sold our property with them for more than the asking price and Paul Evans was our key contact. From the start to finish our expectations were exceeded, communication was clear and honest with whole team from the front desk to conveyancing making the process smooth and simple. Highly recommend Jones Robinson for their lettings and property management services. Excellent customer service. Alex oversees our rented flat which is managed by Jones Robinson and have always given prompt and courteous service when faults and issues arise.

I met with several local lettings agencies to provide a fully managed letting service. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of the lettings team at Jones Robinson and for the past few years, Anna Lyons, has guided me through the responsibilities of being a Landlord. Anna is proactive and extremely professional and her ability to identify issues before they escalate to problems has been particularly useful.
