Well we're just dropping in to say that the cake completed its journey safely and got to Centre Parcs in one piece ( some of my best and most nervous driving I may add lol ) It was exactly what we wanted and you managed to capture both Amy and Sam (our dog ) in their icing forms perfectly. Everyone that saw the cake was as gobsmacked as we were, Amy was especially well chuffed. I must admit it seemed a shame to cut it up in the end, however we managed to safely remove Amy and Sam before slicing it and I can honestly say these cakes taste every bit as good as they look :) , thanks again Jo for doing an awesome job.. all the macs...
