Ordered a charm which was "in stock" on the website for the other halfs birthday, immediately take the money and 5 mins later get an email saying that the stock is not available. Sent an email through their contact page but no response other than the automated email. 2 weeks later still not arrived. Called up after finally getting through and was told id get a call back in 15 mins as the stock should have arrived and they needed to check. 5 days later still waiting for the call back as now they wont pick up again. Once this order is done ill never order from them again.

We ordered a bracelet and paid £5 for next day delivery. It didn't turn up so we tried to ring several times to chase it and they never answered the phone. We eventually received an email to say we would receive the bracelet in the next week, 2 weeks after we were meant to receive it. That day came and still no bracelet. We rang over 20 times with still no answer and emails being ignored. We eventually had to go through the bank to open an investigation and get our money back! Place is an absolute joke, steer clear!!!

Worst (attempted) on-line purchase experience ever! Avoid this company like the plague! As other reviews have stated (wish i had read them first), I ordered an item which was showing as in-stock on the website. The money was taken immediately and the next day I received an email to say they were awaiting stock from the supplier in order to fulfil my order. Checked the website and it still showed as being in stock! Have tried ringing (nobody picks up), I have emailed, got a generic automated response stating they would respond within three days which has long past and still no official reply. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I have raised a claim against them for none receipt of goods.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very disappointing to say the least. Paid extra for next day delivery. Item still not arrived 2 days later! Called all numbers found online but nobody answering. Complete Con merchants!!

My account no longer exists and they won't respond to my emails to ask why. Presumably they have deleted my account and are not prepared to honour my points from previous purchases. Very poor. My last order - they took the money immediately but then told me my item was out of stock - it was showing in stock on their website at the point of order. I emailed to tell that that this was very poor practice and to refund my money. They told me that the would, but three days later they there was still no refund, so I had to chase again and demand my money back. Now they have deleted my account and are not replying to my emails. Avoid this company at all costs. Argento offer a much better online service.

The best customer service I have ever received. After accidentally ordering the wrong size bracelet for my mum as a gift, I called up and asked if I could exchange it. Melissa was so helpful and posted out the replacement to me, even sending a envelope for me to post the other back. She was kind and courteous and you dont come across service like that very often. I'm so glad that I was able to give my mum the correct size just two days later. Thank you so much again, I would definately use your site again and recommend to friends and family. A*****
