Nat & Justin have serviced my bikes for the last two years always a fantastic job done and so when I wanted a new bike getting them to custom build it for me was a no-brainer. Delighted with the bike and the service as always. Wouldn't go anywhere else !

Hi Lee, I'm really sorry you weren't happy with the service you received.

I can see from our service record that you have had your bike in for wheel truing and spoke replacement on more than one occasion. This is probably why we have advised a wheel rebuild might be a better long term solution for you, should you continue to have problems with spokes failing.

The price we quoted you for the part in question was the recommended retail price set by the manufacturer.

I would like to highlight that it is never our practice to advise unnecessary work is carried out on anybody's bike. We just want everybody's bikes up and running for a price they are happy with!

I am mindful that on this occasion you didn't come into the store yourself when the bike was brought in. It was our understanding that we were to perform the Di2 diagnostic work that several other local stores were not able to do for you. Perhaps you could pop in in person and in future we could prevent misunderstandings like this from happening.
