Last week a birthday girl left her card at our restaurant. If it is yours please come back to the restaurant along with a form of photo I.D.
Went tonight to the Cardiff JRC Global Buffet with my other half for the first time ever and both of us said one of the best meals we've had in a long time. We both got a free glass of wine because of a voucher we each had, the staff were friendly and explained to us about what to do with plates etc when finished, promt with clearing tables also and the food was amazing. Definitely going back again and have already recommended it to family and will continue to do so.
The welcome was lovely girl on reception really nice , food delicious, so much to choose from! It's my new home LOL Xx

Love this place and their food. Very clean and customer service excellent. They have all kinds of food for everyone, every culture. I will be visiting again when next I visit UK.
Enjoyed the variety of foods and hubby liked the freshly cooked steak they make to order has a lot of sushi too which Jimmy's don't do...also dessert is more diverse there...
Been there in Wood Green, London for the first time, on my birthday dinner with my family.
Excellent food, friendly and helpful stuff. Highly recommended by me!

We went to Croydon JRC
Good food and big choose of food , litle bit to short 1h 40 min when you coming with children or with family because there is no time to talk everyone is rushing to eat .we stay at O2 Arena at similar restaurant and time was 2h 30 min but we even stay longer no one was asking us to leave but at JRC after 1h30 min the stuff reminds us to leave in 15 min.οΏ½
The food was amazing too much for anyone to eat however the drinks could be better (give us the free refills) expect the alcohol. The atmosphere in the restaurant is petty good it's looks like a 5 Star buffet restaurant and good parts is you can pay in instead coming out.
It all you can eat. :-)
Recently I have been in Jrc Global Buffet /East Croydon/ for my friend's b-day. I enjoyed the atmosphere, tasty food and the selection of oriental specials. In general, the venue looks presentable and clean. I agree with Marika L Jackson-Williams that drinks prices could be reviewed ;) strong 4.5 from me x see you next time!
Worst food we have experienced tonight from cosmo/jrc croydon, don't even get me started on the service.... Or should I say lack off. Cold food reported to staff 15 mins later still sat there cold. Raw meat served and laughted at when I complained ! Environmental health will be having a call on Monday ! JRC what you got to say for your self what a ripp off tonight left halfway through meal discussed
Visited this place yesterday with a friend at 2pm between the afternoon lunch time 12-3pm. A member of staff was very rude behind the till counter, she didn't even give us any sort of eye contact and said very rudely that the tills are closed. There was one person in front of us which she happily took his money and let him go through to eat. Shocking customer service. I would have been happy if she had nicely said to us guys i'm sorry that the tills are closed now. I will not be recommending this place to anyone for the pure fact that the staff are just rude.
Today was my birthday so i went here to claim a free meal because the last time i visited,just a month ago ,the supervisor Miss Chow said i could just walk in to claim the free meal but i visited today and they said i had to book a table in order to claim the meal.i don't mind paying but the staff have no standards at all.when we walked in the staff said wait a moment but we thought she was saying it to the people behind us but then she shouted at us for no reason when we were just standing there waiting very rude.
This is the worst buffet I have ever been .only I feel I came here to see and pay for empty plates and tasteless food. Not a single dish that taste right. I have been to other buffets in shepherd bush and Uxbridge. But this is simply very bad.

I doubt if anyone knows what is customer service and how to welcome customer...I wonder how come a very rude Chinese girl can work a place like this...don't know her name but she is fucking rude and was talking to us pointing her finger...it surprised me after us she was same with customers too who came right after us...no manner 0 quality service it was 8 of us and we decided to leave the place without having food because of everything was empty and they were saying they r not gonna filled them up...
The variety is a treat and the desserts sure make us come again. But I will not recommend the place for a pleasant evening with company as you have to bear with the rude behaviour of the staff and the wait at the sushi and dim sum sections. By the time you get what you want they will be chasing you out of the place. The re-fillings take forever and the overall experience is POOR. I think the staff are doing a good job in reflecting the attitude of the management. Management appears purposely being customer UNFRIENDLY. If you value customer service then this is definitely not the place for you. Ignore it and you're in for a treat!
Nice food, nice place but completely messed up by worst customer service ever! You almost feel like they are doing you a favour by letting you eat there every time! Must be getting complacent by all those 'I-want-to-eat-as-much-as-i-can-for-seven teen-quid' types queueing up outside all day long! Not the best place if you want a relaxed meal.
Just been for lunch here and was very dissapointed. All the food was luke warm or cold and the variety wasnt good. Wil not be going again.
Its shocking to hear that staff moved a breast feeding mum whilst dining in your restaurant :-( like others have already said, it's against the law to do so. I'm a Busom Buddy volunteer & I help breastfeeding mums that may have problems to start with & I shall be mentioning this situation to my superiors!!! I'm thankful that i'm not in your area. I'm only rating ypu 1 sttar because I have to
