The Caravan is located right in the heart of newquay cornwall , on the closest site to town within walking distance.

The caravan is fully equipped for four people , it has the usual faclilitys including :
Mircowave, fridge , colour tv , dvd player etc.
one bedroom , bathroom comprise of toilet , wash basin and seprate shower cubical.
Hot & cold water , gas and electricity is included.

There is outside seating beside the caravan with ample parking for two cars besides the caravan.

Please note all pillows and duvets are supplied but you will be required to bring your own bed linen,
ie ( duvet covers , pillow covers , bottom sheets , tea towels and bath towels )

The caravan has new duvets & pillows each season and are cleaned & maintained to a high standard to ensure your stay to be as expected.

All we ask is leave the caravan in a clean & tidy condition on departure. many thanks

Please beware there is an onsite warden who checks around the site on a regular basis.

Booking in time for arrivals are from 15. 00 hr and you should vacate the caravan at 10, 30am on your departure day.

Trenance gardens & boating lake just accross the road from the site , & a chance to go around the lake on there paddle boats!

The surrounding beaches are within a mile from the site and well worth a visit to see the finest coast line in the uk .
