My first commercial photoshoot at York Minster today, which was a pleasure for someone so obsessed by medieval architecture. Everyone should have a hobby eh?

January can be quite gloomy so working with High Row Music Events to create a bit of atmosphere. Thoughtful beard stoke at 0.06 seconds and then a tweak of focus.
Classic.

Made a little film about the exhibition currently on show at Beningbrough. Used some excellent vintage glass which was pretty fun!

My Christmas image taken from the tower of Ripon Cathedral now graces their social media. One of my favourite images.

I love every year at Fun Palaces but 2016 was a high point - working with Third Angel to create a massive piece of public art.

My trusty Canon 5D III has just begun a new life with Lara, who was my work experience student earlier this year.
Whilst I am sad to see my beloved camera go, I am glad that Lara will be starting her own adventures with it. Good luck and hope it captures some excellent memories for you too!
Now for a stiff drink.. 😪
