We'll be back again at the show next year for sure but, in the meantime, at least you won't have to wait until next week for orders to be delivered 😂

Good news - Toucans back in stock, just enough time to get one for Christmas!

FYI the office will be closed next week. Jane and I became first-time grandparents a short while ago, so we're heading over to Austria to see our daughter and her partner - and, of course, our granddaughter Aurora 💟

Been working on our Mk2 shiftlight this week. Same price, but built-in USB, with tacho pulse drive as well as CANbus and Toucan connectivity, plus OBD-II support (CANbus only, so basically 2008-on EU vehicles). Field trials are in progress, and should be available for sale in October.

Love this car, and delighted to have been involved in the project.

It does seem rather a long time since I posted an update!
Been busy on a custom engine loom for a Honda EP3 TA car, and have a lovely TVR Cerbera in the 'shop for a loom (I know, I should take photos!)
Also have found some time for more Toucan firmware updates: Haltech support now been beta testing and seems good, and just today finished a generic CANbus Keypad for PDU interfacing etc.
... And some of you have been asking for more gauge colours and finally got that sorted too!
Bit more testing needed and will then get this release on the website.
Next Toucan update will be a G-meter and, I hope, yaw/pitch display ( mainly for when an MEU is used in the system, either Syvecs/Life Racing or Link G4+)

Just to let you all know that we will be away, and the office will be closed, from Friday 4th May, reopening Monday 21st May.

A productive few days working on some Toucan enhancements.
Added an immobiliser option for Link G4+ ECUs, along with EGT display, wastegate duty and fuel composition alcohol %, plus fuel temperature (from the flex sensor).
Also added “hysteresis” to alarms so they won’t re-trigger if the value is close to the alarm threshold, plus the ability to mute an alarm until the next power cycle: useful if the alarm can safely be ignored for a while.
... The shiftlight add-on has also gained a “flash all LEDs” option, so you really can’t miss it when you should be changing gear.
New firmware will be posted on the website, next week, after a little more testing.

Thinking about future apps. related to our products, and need to make a decision on whether to only target Windows 10, or if we should still target Windows 7/8/8.1. Can I ask all our friends and customers what Windows OS they use? Android and Apple support is a given :)

A productive week (including this afternoon...note to self: must take time off lol). Now have our expansion unit integrated to Link G4+, with gyros and accelerometers for logging, wheel speeds, GPS vehicle speed for traction control etc., EGT, full LSU 4.9 support (just like the Link CAN-lambda, with full PClink integration) and H-bridge drive (e.g. drive by wire). Some field-testing to follow, but looking good!

I've dealt with a few suppliers in my time and by far jti is one of the very few I'd put at top of my favourites list.

Excellent guy to deal with and would deffo use again and highly recommend.

I've bought a few Systems from Tim, and they have definitely helped in Competition from better gearshifts with the Shiftlight, and the Newage Coil Pack conversion Loom, which makes a difference of Day and Night when getting rid of the wasted spark setup on the Classic Impreza's.



Tim even took the time to go out of His way with His work and send Me extremely detailed Emails all with wiring diagrams for adding in extra earths. Tim even pointed Me in the right direction when it came to wiring my 6 pole FIA Killswitch.

I ordered a Syvecs plug and play loom for my Syvecs S6 and when I got it it's not exactly plug and play. You need to install sensors and when I got it there were no instructions to say what pin is what and I'm not great with wiring. So I contacted JT innovation, from start to finish the service has been excellent and he made all my sensors and loom a truly plug and play loom. Great support all the way through.
