My Story

Having hidden behind the fact I had had a baby for far too long I finally bit the bullet and decided to do something about it. I signed up to the juice plus programme and havn't looked back.
In the first 5 weeks (the first 2 weeks of which was the detox programme) I lost 15lb and a total of 16 inches from across my body. I'm so happy with my results so far.

However juice plus is not just a diet, due to the nature of the foods you eat both whilst on the detox firstly and then on the shakes, it teaches clean, healthy eating.
