Juicy Bike - Electric Bikes And Scooters

Firstly I would like to say that the quality of the bikes are very good and we are very pleased. We purchased 2 bikes and have no concerns with the quality.
I am posting this feedback as I have been disappointed with the after care service I have recently received. My bike developed a fault very rapidly (the brain of the bike stopped working). The bike was only just out of warranty by about 4 months and the bikes were sold to us based on their reliability. Most companies would offer a goodwill warranty repair, i got nothing from Juicy - very disappointing.

After ringing up and being told there was a good choice of bikes at the New Mills site we made the hour trip only to be told that we could not buy the bikes in the shop and would have to wait three weeks even though the bikes where there in the shop, colour was not a problem. Hard work to buy from so gone to another manufacturer.

Brilliant help and support start to finish buying my bike on cycle to work scheme. Rode to work in 15 mins today !! usually takes 10 in car then walk from car park

I am thrilled with my new Juicy bike. I have a (prototype) torque sensor model, and it feels very much like riding a 'normal' bike, apart from the fact that hills are sooooo much easier. It is perfect for me, as I love cycling, but live in a very hilly area and have an 18 mile commute. This bike allows me to do this journey in a little over an hour, getting plenty of exercise but never struggling. Even in the rain yesterday I was smiling all the way! Everyone at Juicy was incredibly friendly, and really helped me get the perfect bike for me.

I bought a Juicy Classic for my wife after much research and many test rides. This seemed to be by far the best value and well constructed. After a number of weeks the quality of the bike is clearly excellent, with very good battery life and great performance. I still ride a standard hybrid road bile but am now getting embarrassed at the lack of speed on long rides, so may have to spend some more money with Juicy!
For the money these are way ahead of competitors in the same price range and backed by very personal after-sales service.

I have just bought a Juicy Classic from Bob at New Mills and I love it! I live in the Lancashire foothills and advancing age and a dodgy back have prevented me from getting out in the fresh air to admire our beautiful area.

The buying experience was excellent with Bob and Leigh giving us expert advice. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were friendly and patient and served good coffee!
We had a test ride on the nearby hills of Derbyshire and were instantly impressed with the power of the bike. In fact it rode steep hills with no trouble at all and with very little effort on my part - very impressive indeed.

Anyway I ended up buying a lovely Classic from them, immediately naming her 'Juicy Lucy' ! I needed her to take me up a 3 mile hill near our house, which will be the starting point for most of my future rides on her. She managed wonderfully and I didn't even have to use the full motor assist or the bottom gear, she just flew up with me sitting up there, grinning inanely!!

The gel seat is very comfortable and I love the dutch style upright riding position with my bad back. I have had no pain following my first ride so things look promising.

After service so far has been excellent, with Bob and Leigh there to advise by phone or email. The company seem to value their customers and understand that word of mouth is the best advertising they can have. I have already had a warm invitation back to their premises, just for a coffee and to chat.

I believe that Juicy Lucy and myself will go far together with sincere thanks to Juicy Bikes.
