Julia Endacott Bsc (hons) MCSP, qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from King's College University, London in 1997, since then she has worked in the NHS and private settings. She is a member of the ACPWH (Association of Physiotherapists in Women's Health), Julia qualified as a Polestar rehabilitation pilates instructor in 2001. She facilitates clients by empowering them to find their own postural solutions and she regularly attends courses to update and expand her knowledge.
