I am an experienced counsellor and I offer a confidential space to support you bring about the changes you want to make in your life.

Sometimes the bravest step is to ask for help.

I provide counselling for many issues and work according to what you need at the time. I do not set a time limit on our work together and my work with you is guided by what you need and what is going on for you at the time. You are welcome to call me for an informal chat as this can help you decide if I could be the right counsellor for you.

When we start working together, we will decide on a regular time and day to meet weekly. I check my phone and messages regularly and will get back to you as soon as I can if I miss you when you contact me.

I am a senior accredited member of the NCS and work within their ethical framework.
