Took my wife there for a meal to celebrate our 18th Anniversary. Whoa the food there was very good & customer service (Madlin the waitress is outstanding). I'll coming back again. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great location, excellent facilities and the staff could not have been better. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Spent a day working at the hotel, not staying as a guest, but the staff were aware of the work I was doing and made it much easier, for example, IT were extremely helpful & the local maintenance teams also assisted. The kitchen was immaculately clean, compared to many others I've seen.

The Executive Chef Martin Gabler was my contact for the day and assisted when required. Fantastic work experience in my opinion!

Part of Jumeirah group so has to be good! Super place to stay, or just drink/dine. Kind and welcoming staff, with smiles!

One of my favourite hotels to stay at. Haven't stayed for a few months and what a lovely gesture when the general manager came to our group and welcomed us back saying that we were missed. The most comfortable bed ever, apart from my own �.

I attended a wedding reception Sunday 12th and was impressed by the staff and facilities upon arrival. We had a drink first in the lounge and immediately felt at ease. The banquet hall was absolutely stunning. Excellent room for many an event.

Good location. A little tired in places in the hotel. A bit of noise from super cars outside doing laps!! Food in room was awful but wasn't charged for when we brought to attention of manager. I would stay here again. Door man excellent made us aware of free weekend parking in the single yellow lines outside

Excelent Hotel, its located on a very nice neighborhood at the back street of the hotel you have a waitrose super market which is very convenient, for tourism the bus and metro is not far away but if you like to walk you have westminster at 20 to 30 minute walk, the hotel is nice, clean, breakfast is excelent and the staff is very proactive. I would definetely recomend anyone to stay there

Lovely location for our weekend break. Lovely room,clean everything that you would need from a hotel of the his standed. But o my gosh the noise.... didn't sleep well at all windows need replacing as it's seems like everyone talking in your room or cars etc there too.
