The staff at Jump Street Chelmsford totally exceeded our expectations. The venue is huge and spotlessly clean with loads for people of all ages to do.

Thank you jump street as always my three age 5,9 and 10 had a amazing time only thing I would have a moan about is prices as with 3 works out expensive they would love to do the clip and climb but cant afford £60 So maybe if you did a deal...

My two boys loved it here. We did a clip n climb session and they haven’t stopped talking about it since we left and are already planning their next visit. So much choice in walls to climb and not at all over crowded, even the trampoline and play section from what I could see was busy but you were able to get on things. All very clean and well maintained. The clip and climb section was well staffed.

My son had his 7th birthday party at jump street Colchester he had a fantastic time. We were so pleased with how easy it was a no fuss party the children had a great time. I was so happy with the staff and the party host too, I was very pleased with the amount of food provided by Jump street too there was plenty for everyone and drinks too.

My son had a wonderful birthday party 2 weeks ago at Colchester. We were impressed with the general cleanliness of the place and the food was generous and good quality with dietary requirements catered for. Overall very impressed.

My 2 year old son recently had his birthday party at Jump Street Colchester and it was fantastic. The party host was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything was very well organised and I would highly recommend to anyone I know. We can’t wait to return 😊

Friendly professional team, fantastic experience for my 7 year old. You are responsible for playing in a safe responsible way & supervising your own kids. Marshals also watch help and reinforce safe practices. Safety video to be watched before jumping stating jump rules clearly and simply. 1 hour long sessions which is plenty of time. No good for sofa parents you have to get in there to assist and remind your kids to be aware of what and who is around them. It’s he best fun we have had in a while, we try to go every week. Highly recommended.

First visit to clip and climb in jump street. Just want to say what a fantastic time my two children had. The lady, Chanel, who helped them with swapping between walls was brilliant. So helpful, encouraging and supportive especially for my daughter who was quite nervous! The price is very reasonable and an hour was long enough for my two to be thoroughly worn out by the end of the session.

Clip n Climb marshalls brilliant! So much fun. My girls loved it. Combo deal is great value for money. Cafe timings could do with being better at recognising the time pressure of this deal - but a completely brilliant day out in half-term, was perfect for for my 13 year old and her mates. Thank you! X

Awesome experience what a fantastic place. The staff were super friendly and professional, my nephews loved it. It is very clean, has first class facilities and exceeded our expecations. We will be back lots. Thanks for making our visit so brilliant.

CHELMSFORD: Poor arrival process & broken lockers wasted 40 minutes of our hour session. People who had not pre booked were seen to & let in first. Once we found a free member of staff for the lockers she was helpful and put our stuff behind reception. However kids were disappointed with only 20 mins jump time. The actual venue is well maintained otherwise and kept clean. Managers need to sort out arrival process! 3 stars is more than fair on this occasion.

Been to the new soft play today. We couldn’t get a table for 20 minutes, even though we had booked a slot. Im surprised people weren’t asked to leave after their time was up. Either make people stick to slot or provide more tables and chairs please! Plenty of room for this. Seems a good frame! Clean the present.

We had a party for my son's birthday today. Although the children enjoyed themselves there seemed to be no organisation whatsoever. Including one of our party guests having to wait over 20mins for her food despite us telling you in advance that she was a coeliac and needed gluten free food. It also appeared dangerous as a number of small children were getting stuck down the sides of the large inflatable pillow with little help from the marshalls.

Terrible place, was in 20 mins after paying for a session then got told our kids aren’t allowed in after 20mins unless we pay, this was soft play area too. Not told of this when we paid a our fee. Total rip off would not recommend this place at all stay clear go 360 if u want a good deal

Round of applause for the amazing customer service from jump street in Colchester (unless you can’t tell that is sarcasm) my daughter broke her leg there 5 days ago and we are only being contacted today but a very argumentative ‘manager’ with no empathy whatsoever. The first aid was shocking and quite frankly I would Advise Anyone who wants to go there not to. I’m appalled at the lack of care and you could tell the follow up phone call was just box ticking.

Paid for the combo deal kids went to the jump bit 1st at 1.20pm and it's an hourly thing so already missed 20minutes for us to be told my son was to small to do one of the jump activity so asked for a refund surprise surprise they DON'T do refunds! Then get told we have to pay extra for certain things in the climb bit.

Next time I'd stick with jump evolution least if u go in 20minutes past the hour they let u have an extra 20mins so u have a FULL hour!!

Left with broken leg and shocking lack of first aid at Chelmsford Jump Street!!!

My 5 year old was jumped on by a much bigger child (they jumped into her trampoline) and was left in severe pain in leg. First Aider advised us it was "just a knock, not a fracture as no swelling" and we were advised to carry on as normal. Carried my child back to him for further assessment as still in severe pain 10 minutes later. Same advice offered. No offer of assistance to carry child, no cold compress, nothing. When asked what I should do if the pain persists First Aider shrugged and said "I'm just a First Aider".

Left on floor with wailing child, so I picked her up (her still in severe pain on any movement) carried her to my car, drove straight to A&E and she was diagnosed with 2 fractured bones in leg.

Complained to Jump Street 2 weeks ago and heard nothing since. My child is in a full leg plaster cast for a least a month, with a wheelchair. Hospital staff said the First Aider advice was completely wrong regarding swelling and fractures, and they are inundated with injuries from Jump Street customers.

I advise to avoid at all costs, or take your own first aid kit and make sure you can get to hospital yourself!

I had booked in 5 Childern for my sons birthday for the combo deal (jump and the clip and climb) today at 1pm and I was not impressed at all! infact I was very disappointed! It was so unorganized and NOT stress free!



Around 1.45 I went back to the main desk to ask a member of staff if I go straight from jump to clip and climb as I was told abousalotly nothing or knew where I was heading! To her telling me yes go there now and gave me directions, so ending jump 10 mins before hand to head over to clip and climb to be siting there for 15 mins for a diffrent member of staff asking why I was there and then took another 15 mins to try and work out where we should be! He then told me your booked in for the 3 oclock slot so come back then.



So with half hr wasted and all rushing upstairs to the food area to then use my 5 PINK chips that I had got for the pizza deal the boy took my chips gave me a number and asked us to sit down it will be over shortly! Then comes over and said food will be half hr due to party food I said we can't wait that long we have clip and climb and have to be back in the next 20 mins he then was very rude and said well we can't do it so I will give you your chips back. So now I have 5 moaning children that are Hungary and now annoyed!



So back down we go to clip and climb and then decided to have food after! When we get back upstairs to what I can only discribe as well...The tables were filthy there was food on trays on the floor there was food and rubish on the floor! The staff looked unhappy and it just wasn't a nice atmosphere you would want after paying over £130 for.



After having to go to the till after I give in the chips because they was walking around with our food not finding our table number to tell them that was our food they bring it over with just 5 pizzas and no crisps or drinks I said I had the pizza deal he replied saying that don't include drinks and crisps and I said that's not what it said on the website when I booked it and he said I can't give you it because I will get in trouble. So leaving 5 children on there own to eat pizza! Back down I go (heavely pregnant!!) To complain. This issue was sorted after speaking to the food area Manager but still this should have NOT happened. 1-4 we was told all in all we should be there! We walked out there at 5.15.



I was so very disappointed after hearing such great things about this place! And wish I had not saved for over 3 weeks just so my son could have a brilliant birthday that he didn't get!! It was unorganized, filthy, and miserable staff! I would not be coming back and I will be telling all my family and friends not to bother wasting there money!

Disgusted by the follow up care of this company! My 2 year old daughter broke her leg here and it took them 5 days to contact us to see how she was, after being promised a call that very same day! To have the supervisor argue the fact that they had called previously (why would I lie)? Then for them to basically wipe their hands of it once I told them she had broken her leg! Awful follow up care, you should be ashamed!!
