Jungle Jims Playland Ltd

We went to the new escape room this evening with our 12 year old daughter. It was great fun with plenty of challenging puzzles. The props were excellent and it was very well designed. I can’t say much more without giving something away but I would recommend this highly.

We visited Jungle Jim's for the first time on 23rd June attending a birthday party. Great experience. Amy was superb with the entertainment. She allowed our autistic son to feel liked he was an equal and even let him win a round of the dancing, made us well up! They catered for his many dietary requirements, giving a separate plate of food. We'll definitely be going back. Thank you.

We recently visited the Curse of Cluetankamun event within Jungle Jim's, we totally loved the experience it was amazing to do! You get 60 minutes to escape from the tomb with the treasure, you have to find the right clues to open the secret caskets. We would recommend it to groups of people or friends wanting to try something different. The staff were brilliant and really friendly. It is also a good place to take the children to play and have fun.

We often visit Jungle Jims and my children (3&5) love it. We had my daughter's Frozen Themed 3rd Birthday party here last weekend and everything was perfect! Very well organised and the kids loved their visit from Elsa and Olaf. We had the 10-12 slot and it wasn't as busy as some of the afternoon parties I've been to there, perfect for the 3yr old age group!

We have had 2 parties at Jungle Jim's and attended many others. The parties are always very well organised, the kids love it and it's stress free for the parents. The party always runs through smoothly and the entertainment staff always give the impression they are enjoying what they are doing, which gives a much nicer party atmosphere. Jungle Jim's has it sussed, best local venue for young kids parties. I would recommend.

Visited yesterday for the first time with my 17 month old daughter and we had a fab time. Very friendly snd attentive staff, lots of activities for all ages and extremely clean. Look forward to our next visit x

Visited Thursday for first time , loved it , very clean , nice staff , nice food wish it was nearer as I live in harpenden and would take grandchildren weekly , highly recommend

My son and I went to the Halloween carving pumpkin and play for an hour on Tuesday. It cost £10.00 and an adult comes in for free. Well worth the money. We came again Today Thursday 2 hour play. Thank you to Leanne and Emma for thei Help on Tuesday.

My daughter had a joint Frozen themed party with her friend here last weekend. They both absolutely loved it! All the girls had a blast singing their favourite song and dancing with Elsa. Thank you very much for making their 5th birthday so very special!

My daughter celebrated her 5th birthday today at jungle Jims. She had a Frozen themed party and it was amazing. The whole party from start to finish was brilliantly organised, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the party room was well set out. The kids loved the dancing games and the arts and crafts. Sean was brilliant and Elsa was really good, I think the kids actually believed that it was Elsa and not forgetting the surprise appearance from Anna. I cannot fault anything. All the kids who came loved it as did the adults! Would definitely recommend booking a party there as the play area is fresh and new and most of all lovely and clean compared to some other soft play places I have visited in the past.

My children had a great time at Jungle Jims during our visit. Firstly we were able to park at the venue. Once inside, we were greeted by friendly staff. The menu was varied, and catered for both adults and children. The equipment was clean and in good order. The children loved the arrival of the My Little Pony characters, enjoying the dances and posing for photos. The staff were very proactive about keeping the whole place clean; clearing tables and vacuuming the floor when necessary. We'll definitely be visiting again.

My Daughter had her 4th Birthday Party here yesterday and she absolutely loved it. They are highly organised and I love the fact that I didn't have to do anything but bring the cake.



The one thing I will say is that I thought that Anna would be singing her song from Frozen, But she didn't. Apart from that it was 100% perfect and will definitely do it again for my other daughter.

Me and my little boy are here most weeks but I had his 4th birthday party here yesterday and it was amazing dougie didn’t stop smiling he had the most amazing time I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the team who made his day special a very happy boy make me very happy so thank you again �

Had a jungle party today for my 4 and 1 year old.They all really enjoyed themselves.The jungle ranger was fantastic, really energetic throughout. All the kids had a fab time.Only thing is I felt one individual member of staff seemed to rush the children during mealtime to finish, although this might have been due to the amount of parties booked today. It was much busier then I expected but it is the school holidays so not sure why I was surprised.

Best Softplay around! The activities as well are brilliant and my little girl loved joining in. We've been to a few birthday parties too and they've been excellent. Venue is clean with plenty of highchairs. I like how the 0-3 section has a gate that is locked so my youngest can't just wander out. Staff work hard and I've been before where they all dressed up as characters from Frozen which was brilliant.

Really nice play centre for the little ones, my daughter is nearly 4 and her and her pal were able to play quite freely. The staff there are really interactive with the kids too which I thought was excellent. The only down side is that some of the older kids are a bit rough with the little ones and the staff aren't really on top of that. But all in all a very good play centre.

Kids had a great time, the equipment was fab and kept very clean at all times. The entry prices were good as were the food & drink prices.

Lots of staff around on hand and they kept on top of older children being in the under 3 area and also tidying as people left. (Even Hoovering and washing the floors!)

It was busy as expected as it’s a school holiday but not unbearable at all.

The only thing I will say is when we arrived we were asked some details as you would expect, but when we left we were just let out without any hesitation by a different member of staff who let us in, this caused a tad concern as we could of taken any child with us! Most soft plays we ever been to have a much tighter security system especially with signing children in and out.



Great time had by the kids so that’s the main thing!

Turned up and they had a 2 hour max play in place which I wouldn't mind but they still charge you full price. I also think that charging for adults is wrong as for the time we were there I spent about £25 on food and drink. On the upside the kids enjoyed it and the food is of good quality and fresh.

Just wanted to give some feedback about my experience today there was a lot of staff working but as we were waiting to pay for a drink we had to wait a long time Even though they saw a queue and looked at us while we were waiting they didn’t ask to help the lady who was making coffee as well as doing the till
