this has to be one of the cleanest soft plays ive been to .the equipment is is good condition the staff are act happy and welcoming the staff interact with the children and take care to ensure the rules are enfouced there are no slackers in the crew they all work v hard and i think i recognizes a few faces from the last time i was here . i dought the staff are well payed so i hopethis reflects the management treating the staff very well the team should feel proud of there selfs

Went today with my family, they loved it !! My 7 year old never stopped she really enjoyed it and my 7 month old grandson loved it too , Great for kids , food was lovely and staff were very friendly , definitely go again ! Thank you all �

We took the children this weekend and had a fantastic couple of hours. Children loved the slides and the ball pits. Plenty of space to have a drink and something to eat. Good menu and prices are very reasonable. Easy to park. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

We still love coming here just as much as the first day we visited. Friendly staff, nice food and a clean and comfortable environment for both the children and the adults. Great work everyone�

We love Jungle Kingdom and visit regularly, my son also had an amazing birthday party here. We have always had a great time and it is by far the cleanest and friendliest soft play in Swindon. The food is delicious and reasonably priced and the staff are helpful too. Thumbs up all round!

We come here on a weekly basics, we just love it... don't go to any other soft play in the area. It's well looked after and clean. Can't fault it at all

Just returned from one of many great trips and enjoying the peace of a tired sleeping two year old.

First time I’ve been here today and took my 6 year old - he loved it. Was busy to start and no tables but one of the workers cake and told me they had found me one without me having to ask. Staff very friendly and the soft play is very clean. Food is nice and good value and will be coming here again. Perfect for up to 7 years I’d say

By far the best soft play in Swindon. Lovely and clean love the fact my little boy can explore the big bit and be independent. Great staff and good food and a very good price. Keep up the good work guys. X

Another great visit! Full of lots of very happy little ones �� lovely and clean, lovely friendly staff! Big enough for lots and lots of fun but not sooooo huge that you can't let the little ones have a bit of independence, great layout! Would definitely recommend & will be visiting again soon!

Amazing place. I go there at least once a month. Had a party there for my three year old last year and couldn't fault them. My daughter had the best time ever. Great food too.

A firm favourite with the kids and always nice to see the friendly staff. Play area is clean, super fun and cafe area position in front of play area means you always know where your children are. The food is very good, prices very reasonable. Thank you for many a fun time with the kids and for best in town coffee!!

However I think you should have at least 2 members of staff (1 maybe being a first aider) on the big children's play area watching for accidents or children disagreements.

My child got hurt quite a few times today.

By having staff there seeing these issues they could speak with the parents of the child that is hurting other child/ren saving there being row's/problems between parents and in the long run stopping these disagreements and accidents from happening.

Other than that a nice place.

My son had his first party there this weekend and had a good time I was asked which mascot we wanted to come out for HIS party and I asked for the tiger. The tiger came out after they had finished on the soft play but never came over to the table and didn't say hello to any of the children attending the party it just stood in the middle of the floor waving to all the other children attending the facility. I have paid for this experience and expected the mascot to approach the table and say hi to my son and his friends and maybe have some photos taken but as it was it stayed out on the floor for about 2-3 minutes then went back in. I approached the manager who was a little rude but did say he could come back out but only in a corridor which didn't have enough room for all the children to meet the tiger and have a group photo. I think the mascot idea needs a 're think as I've paid for it to be at my son's party and not for everyone else's enjoyment!! Otherwise an ok party kids enjoyed the food and there was music, a little annoyed that as we were singing happy birthday all the candles were blown as the host put the cake on the table so just a little advise for her to take her time as she then had to relight them for my son to blow them out.

Didn't like it at all not very good for toddlers as not much for them to do and they can can climb out to get the larger area so couldn't relax the whole time won't be coming back ever again!

After using the play area weekly I find out today my family is banned because I made a joke last week pretending to hide one of my 2.5 yr old twins. I also had the owner/manager ranting at me saying I must pay for all my kids in front of other customers, I explained it was a joke and all the staff know I have twins and always pay for them.

Can’t fault the rest of the staff but the owner is power crazy. Will not be returning as disgusted by the owners attitude
