Jurassic Coast Seafood

From our little tin shack made from recycled materials we create sustainable street food dishes using only protected Jurassic coast fish

After travelling down the Baja California in an old van we fell in love with the fish taco. After growing up in a fishing village I decided it would be a great street food idea to recreate back home.

We use local, sustainable white such as Pollock which we deep fry in a homemade beer batter. Served with fresh lime, spicy salsa, red cabbage and a creamy garlic sauce on 2 warm tortillas all out of our little handmade taco shack.

The taco shack itself we made from recycled materials and based the design on our travels around Mexico.

We are available for weddings, parties and are regulars at Exeter Street Food.
