Stopped here for the weekend for work. Found the check-in very quick staff very friendly and helpful. Had a double room very spacious nice fresh and clean. Everything was very comfortable. Bar staff also very friendly and made you feel welcome. Would love to come back some time for leisure to be able to see Brighton in the day light.

User

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern, staff were very helpful, would definitely recommend.

User

Literally cannot fault the place. The most positive and happy staff I've ever come across in any hotel chain. (Thanks matteus) . Good room not a spec of dust anywhere. Food also food value. Breakfast a winner

Excellent stay

I had a lovely time with my family at the Jury's Inn Brighton. All staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. My room was upgraded to make our stay even more accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. Received helpful tips on Brighton's night life from the front desk and the bar. I was even given a complimentary drink to "to keep me going" so that I could get myself settled and get ready to explore Brighton (cheers Enrique). Enjoyed breakfast the next day and was impressed by the hotel's ethical consciousness which was apparent throughout our stay.

User

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff were all very friendly, the bar staff and bar manager were exceptionally lovely,, we were on hen party weekend and they all made us feel welcome they gave our party nachos as a welcome, the food was great, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were lovely and the best thing was how comfortable the beds were, lovely thick quilts too. Would definitely come back and would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family 👌😀

User

Great location , parking £13 for 24 hrs across the road , very close to train station and bfast buffet was excellent.

User

..I see that a lot of the comments dealt with the speedy check in, but to be honest, I can’t think of any hotel surviving if they had a slow one. Paramount to me was how comfortable and welcomed did they make my family..and this place was amazing in those categories. Great relaxed environment, solid menu, and a warm friendly staff (shout out to a super friendly dude from Naples!), made us wish our stay was longer..

User

Ya I had a good experience at jurrysinn, staff were really very friendly , I really had a nice stay there.

User

Nice place, great room really friendly staff. Only thing is the bar / lounge area is uncomfortable and very cold. Apart from that would highly recommend.

User

Lovely reception staff. Quick check in and check out. Room clean. Bed very comfortable. Good location for going into the town.

User

Great experience at reception speedy check in calm environment, room comfortable decent bathroom, and nice beds , breakfast was tasty plenty of choice, heard people complaining about it being to hot , try turning the heating down ! All in all a really decent hotel which was value for money, would definatley stay again , advice , always get a room at the front of a hotel if possible , you then do not get disturbed by the deliveries made in the early morning

User

Comfortable conference suite. Filter coffee they provided was lovely. Loos very clean. The hotel receptionist was lovely and friendly. Only downside was the Costa coffee, but that was probably Costa and not the hotel! Was there for a pediatric first aid course, so didnt sample any food or see any bedrooms, but, if those were of the standard of the areas we were in, then I would say it isnt a too bad place to go for a night:)

User

Overall, good, but the only complaint I have is the buffet supper. We were served by a waiter when we should have been able take our own portions. Otherwise, all was good! Keep up the good work. Brighton is a beautiful place to have a hotel!

User

Me and my husband stayed at jury's inn Brighton 7/8/17 whilst visiting family was a very comfortable enjoyable stay breakfast was amazing but when we arrived home in Liverpool we discovered my husband had left his kindle back at the hotel when trying to ring to get through to speak to a member of staff was difficult when we eventually did it was hard to understand the lady as she wasn't English and was told to call back next day! Still waiting to find out if my husbands kindle has been handed in.

User

Check in was speedy and smooth, staff were friendly and helpful. My room was a corner room and I felt it was cold the hearing was capped on the thermometer gauge so it struggled to get to a heat that suited me. I had a shower late that night after getting soaked outside and my water struggled to get above tepid.

Se on night I came back from office at 7pm and cleaner had keft my window wide open - in November! ! Room was freezing! !! Heating seemed to be working but still took mst of the night to get to warm!! Pleased to say the shower water was warmer.

Room was clean.

Bar service was friendly but very very slow.

Breakfast both mornings was fine and a small but good selection. Coffee from the machine was horrendous!!

I left my case with the hotel to store. After getting my ticket for it, I left but called back 30 mins later to find my case was still sitting and very accessible if someone wanted to steal it!

My room was over £200 a night and not value for money given breakfast was another £10 per day. I'd definitely say this was nearer 3* than 4* hotel.

User

On arrival there was construction works, the noise was so loud I couldn't hear the receptionist! The reception desk was being re-done whilst we checked in - we were advised to stand to the right (where there was fresh glue) of the desk numerous times and then the left!? Once we finally were in the right position to pay we were able to pay, but the card machine would not reach so we had to move back to the other side of the desk.

We requested a top floor to avoid the noise but could still here the drilling on the 5th floor! Not impressed.

On checkout, the same receptionist just accepted our room key and said bye. No apoology. It would of been nice to know about the building works and to have a small discount/refund. If I knew about the works I would of cancelled and changed hotel!!

Bank holiday Monday and doing renovations?!
