Very accommodating staff, particularly Kinga Hester and Mathew at the bar!.., helpful and willing to go the extra mile for client customer satisfaction ... lovely atmosphere and definitely recommended! Well done Jurys Inn!

The staff couldn't do enough for us, room clean and comfy and food very good.

Sam went out of his way to provide a "celebration dessert" when he realised it was my husband's birthday and the rendition of "Happy Birthday" was great. Thank you.

Stayed here on Friday night after a family event in Cheltenham. Check in was efficient and friendly. Reception and bar area very pleasant. The room was clean and pleasant with comfortable beds and everything we needed. The bar staff were friendly and accomodating and the Christmas trees (four of them) were beautiful. Breakfast was good with a very varied choice. We planned to eat dinner there but after a call from family in town we ate out. However the menu looked good.

The only down side was that drinks in the bar were quite pricey (as usual in hotels) and the noisy guests bawling their heads of at 04.30 just outside the room! Couldn't get back to sleep after that and was shattered next day. However this was not the hotels fault and I would definitely stay here again or recommend. Didn't make use of the gym/pool/tennis court and was too cold for drinks out in the pretty garden area. Maybe next time....

Stayed here for New Year's Eve. Our stay was lovely here with lovely staff. We booked to go to the dinner dance & got to say we would highly recommend this. The food was excellent & great service. Band & a disco after but in our opinion the band was rubbish & we would have liked it better with just the disco. Would definitely do this again for new year

Ordered a sundae,asked for it without cream due to allergies. The young waiter checked with me several times informing me of the ingredients. What a fabulous way to handle allergies! Most places couldn't care less about peoples allergies. Well done Jury's and especially the waiter Tim!

My husband and I stayed here the night after our wedding. We were well looked after, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great the next morning. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so special. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I just had a most relaxing stay the staff were very helpful friendly jade lotus was very kind and helpful the kitchen staff made an excellent breakfast and were happy to meet all are requirements and even when we left our room we sat in the lobby to wait for our daughter to collect us we had 2 complimentary coffees i would give 10 stars if i could friendly clean excellent stay will be staying with you every time we come to Cheltenham thank you so much

I come to see my brother and his colleagues from Pakistan Air Force, they are here for Airshow in Fairford . All staff was very helpful .

Duty Manager Sacha such a lovely person. I have ever met . In restaurant, Hana was very very Helpful and also one of another manager it was Josh. They all went extra mile to provide efficient service. Many many thanks for your great service ���

Fantastic hotel, great staff, and the Breakfast was fresh and the bacon and sausages was of high Quality especially the bacon,, and cooked under the grill, the bed was very comfortable too, a coach bay would be ideal as our coach got stuck in the car park surrounded by cars,

Excellent hotel. Lovely room, everything you could need, pool and Jacuzzi really nice, staff are amazing and made us feel so comfortable thank you. The food in the restaurant is a bit pricey but you pay for what you get and the quality is very good inc breakfast . Can't fault this hotel . Thank you.

Very nice hotel. Immaculately clean and tidy in main reception and bar area. Room was very spacious and bed comfortable. Food in the evening of a good standard and breakfast was delicious.

Only a couple of really minor points. First was that one of the towels in the bathroom had a large stain on it and second check in staff could have been a bit more informative. For example they did not run through dinner or breakfast times and couldn't confirm that we were booked in for dinner as they didn't have the sheet.

As I say only really minor points still would recommend a stay here

The hotel and staff were excellent. There are no parking facilities designated for coaches and the car park is very busy with hotel guests and people using the health club, might be an idea for areas to be cordoned off for the coaches as this morning when we left there were 3 other coaches using the car park. Luckily today it was relatively easy for our coach to exit but this wasn't always the case. When menus are handed out for guests to order their evening meals it might be a better idea for tables to be numbered and then the table number written on the meal order, this would save staff walking about holding plates of food asking if guests had requested the dish they were holding. All in all a good hotel and good service. I stayed from the 27th-31st July 2017

I checked in on Saturday the hotel was nice and clean the bedding very comfortable the staff very friendly breakfast was lovely you had choice to eat what you like I definitely I will come back and I recommend all my friends to come in this hotel �

My wife and I stayed for four days last week . Unfortunately, the service we experienced was not up to previous stays we had .

The staff were all so helpful but it became clear that there was a reduction ,especially in the restaurant . Food was not the usual standard .

The wi fi wasn't working even in the bar area . Although we were comfortable, it would certainly not be Four star service .

Had a great night watching Adam Carter as elvis . Staff were lovely . The only thing for me was we did not sleep to well as the room was to hot . We open the windows but the birds were singing at 5 in the morning

Attended Christmas party night. Food very good considering mass carting. Staff very nice; however the dance floor is much too small for all those people. Tables crammed to accommodate but no consideration for after food dancing.

Really unhappy with the poor customer service. Last month I booked tickets for an event at this hotel, the event has been cancelled but the hotel won't refund the money for the room or let me cancel! The most annoying thing is that after being passed to different people for 2 days and promised call back which never happened! when i finally spoke to a manager i was advised if i hadent already paid i could of cancelled??? Great! So now I have a triple room I will most likely be donating to the local homeless shelter as I don't be driving all the way down for nothing!
