the hotel itself was amazing best sleep. I've had in ages a.d breakfast was lovely. staff very pleasant. only downside is parking despite the discounted rate at ncp if like us yiu had a wedding you can only use ticket once on return needed to pay again . other than that it was a lovely stay
Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 2 young daughters. Fantastic staff, very professional and friendly and we all had a beautiful meal in the restaurant on Monday evening. Chicken pizza 10/10 the bbq glazed ribs 10/10 my steak 11/10 and the wifes Cesar salad with salmon spot on. Well done all and thank you.
Great hotel we stay here all the time. The staff are very nice and caring especially Sean Obrein who always goes out of his way to help. The food in the bar is excellent. So if your ever looking somewhere to stay near central London this is the place. Only 2 min from East croydon station.
A great welcome and hotel. It feels like a home from home when you’re working. A short train journey from central London and a 5 min walk from the station.
We had our Xmas party there and food was amazing , staff were brilliant and the disco was so much fun ...would so recommend it and will definitely be back again xxx superb

Second long spell working in Croydon, the hotel is in the centre and very convenient, only disadvantage is parking but that’s not the hotels problem and they do operate a discount scheme with the NCP parking across and down the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the cleaners are very industrious. Reception staff efficient and very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is what you make of it, I don’t fancy a large breakfast daily and there is plenty of alternative choices - a colleague had HARD boiled eggs with soldiers, a bit pointless - going to ask for an omelette tomorrow!. All in all it is my home from home for a while, there are far worse places to end up and I make the most of it.
Husband did the check in and was not impressed. Two staff behind the desk he said one started to check us in while still talking to someone on the phone and then the other girl took over. He said neither efficient.
The room was tired looking but had all the basics. The tv was small and far away from the bed and too low down. I had to get my husband to put shower on for me and turn it off afterwards as the dial was so stiff. The water supply was great except the controls were reversed so switched to hot and cold came out.
We had a meal as part of package and I have to say it was great. The food and service were excellent. Breakfast was the same, really enjoyed it and very organised with friendly staff.
Car parking - we used one that was literally behind the hotel but reception staff were not aware of it. It was £10.40 for 24 hours although they had an offer for one close by for £6.50 but one way system was nightmare.
Checking out was very good as neither of the two staff from previous day were there.
We did use the bar and room service too and both were fine.
So outcome 7/10 as an upgrade for the rooms is definitely required.
We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was very nice and the service by Santan & Caitlin was excellent. Very friendly & efficient.

I had a problem with the sink in the bathroom, the water was draining away slowly, reported it to reception when I left to go work this morning. Came back tonight to find that the problem had been resolved by the maintenance team, they even left me a card to say the work had been completed and also left me a kit Kat chocolate bar.... nice touch
Room ok but service a big let down for the price paid. Had to ring 3 times over a period of over 3hrs to get the children bed made. No spare bedsheet or cover to do it myself.
As it's awful Christmas dinner is not very hot just warm. We all from remark pop in club some of said not happy. Prawn cocktail running not thick creamy should in glass not on flat place!!!! Don't think going back again.
When you order a BLT with skin on fries and pay £10.50 and get frozen chips with un toasted bread and bacon straight out of the fridge #discusting
Terrible. Came here for a conference and when I arrived I found out there is absolutely no parking! ?!?! Parking around this place costs a fortune. Also don’t listen to the staff when they say you can park on ‘their access road’ at the front as this is infact council land and you will be given a ticket. Also they aren’t very well set up for conferences etc as no signage or any decent facilities
Seeing as they don’t seem to care that they aren’t clear which car park you need to go to. The postcode will take you to it but it’s not the first NCP car park it’s the second one! Which you wouldn’t know unless you keep driving. I suppose they don’t care if you get it wrong as it’s not them paying the ridiculous car park charges! Seeing as the man at the desk just says ‘oh it’s not that one’ as soon as he sees the car park I can imagine it happens on a regular basis and they don’t seem to care about making it clearer for guests??

No comfort at the room, one chair for 2 people, no place to let the bagage. Breakfest horrible. Party musik above til 11p.m., bad tv, Never ever!
If I could rate this hotel 0 stars I would. Turned up to be told they only had ‘smoking rooms’ left. (Not great as a non smoker) so as an apology ‘upgraded’ me to a king size smoking room. Once in the room, the window is wide open and heating doesn’t work. Got given a tiny fan heater by a cleaner. I went back to reception to say I wasn’t happy, and all he could offer me was to move rooms, to another smoking ‘normal’ room. Absolutely awful
I can’t believe the lack of customer service from the so called Manager Jacob. If I am told I will get a call back it should happen but I’m still waiting after being given every excuse under the sun as to why he can’t come to the phone. I feel as though he’s trying to avoid a difficult conversation.
