We stayed here for the weekend of my wedding and has excellent service throughout. I was able to check in early on both days which saved a lot of stress! Both rooms were lovely and clean and the beds extremely comfortable.



I did leave an item in room 702 so would really like a member of staff to contact me asap regarding this.

Stayed st the jurys inn this weekend for a wedding reception very clean, modern and the whole hotel was great. Had complimentary drinksndue to parking issue after we explained a fee things other then that defo be stopping here again. Walking distance to shops bars and cafes. Breakfast all u can eat nice strong coffee on offer. Bed room was nice bed very comfy.

Thank u for a very stress free stay and shall be coming back.

Staff really nice and very helpful. Nothing was too much. Great view of Derby from the 9th floor. Enjoyed the cooked breakfast, was thinking I'd go back for seconds but was too full but my partner made a bacon sandwich to take away. Very good value for money. Really close to the train station so cab to the hotel cost less than a fiver. Unreal. We honestly probably had the best night's sleep since I don't know when. Would definitely stay there again when going back to Derby.

Pleasant atmosphere. Rooms clean and a good size. Good food particularly good breakfast selection. Whilst there was a good selection of gluten free choices on main food menu for my daughter (coeliac - so not a choice) there was disappointingly no choice for dessert . However the set up for breakfast was the best we have ever seen- choices of sealed cereal and bread to avoiding cross contamination and also a separate toaster. Impressive.

Nice hotel bit dated we had big crack in our room also window outside u can c the trimming is coming off which supports the window.but all in all lovely room comfortably beds breakfast fantastic for money.staff all happy.carpark the only thing parking space to small and also.u should b able to book your parking space if you are stopping there for few days.but on the whole I would come bk.

Love hospitality, lovely room would recommend highly for a place to stay if visiting Derby.

I’m here with my family for a half term holiday and I am enjoying. Lenuta from F&B help us and she is really a great person. A real gem � for the company. She gave us great service and she is very polite. Only one cons is there is not peanuts � for drink in the bar �...other than that �����

Great hotel and location as stayed on numerous occasions, this time was different however as room 416 across from me and the wife was running some sort of porno outfit. 30/3/18 yesterday we booked in around 14.30 then went for a walk into Derby but there was a female groaning and moaning in a sexual manner to be heard all down the corridor. We laughed at first until we returned a few hours later to similar loud moaning accompanied by loud slapping. Not nice for guests to be hearing this carry on.

Brilliant hotel. Wonderful staff, clean rooms and helpful beyond their job. Tonight i asked for nachos on menu after Download Festival and I asked them if they could veganise it for me. No problem at all they were so helpful they even separated the cheese and gave it to my husband on another plate of nachos.

Fantastic service and wonderful waitress on the bar who was extremely helpful �

Had to wait around for awhile for food in the evening and there was only few people there food was ok not what i expexted could have better.

We are staying at the jury's Inn hotel this is our second night. We were woken up several times last night (sat) by noisy guests who have no regard for other people

The hotel it's self is lovely. The staff are nice and helpful. Will Deffo come back.

This hotel is in a Lovely location and within walking distant to the town shopping centre,

We decided to eat at the hotel wasn't over priced and it saved time as we where going to a show, we had all picked what we wanted to eat three decided on chicken and I decided on the vegetiran dish and was told it was not available and when asked what was the alternative choice was I was told steak, I was not amused and they could not offer anything else as a veggie choice we chose wine to go with are meal which was a sauvignon blanc and the wine was nice so we asked for another bottle to be told that was unavailable too. The hotel was very busy it was six thirty seven o'clock and to run out of food choices and wine this early on a Friday night I feel it is bad management to top it of we wanted to split the bill and they could not get that right either.

The hotel itself was ok . The only issue was the hotels car park. I drive actics for a living, but the spaces in the car park are very tight, and even if you get in them you can hardly open the car door to get out of the vehicle. Otherwise hotel, and food was good.

Stayed here last night, got to our room only to find the bed leg was broken so we got moved to a different room straight away, good stuff. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok, some of the cooked breakfast wasn't available and there were lots of guests stood waiting only to be told to go back to their seats as it would be about 10 minutes before it would be ready. I would recommend this hotel.

I would have given it 5 stars but the distance from their reception to their car park was no joke in the snow and rain!

Great hotel that I've used many times and is my first choice whenever visiting Derby. Just watch out for the rooms on the lower floors facing the ring road which can be noisy. Upper floors are great with superb views across the city. Always spotlessly clean with friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

Nice looking Hotel. Rooms a bit small as is bathroom too. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Friends booked us 2 rooms at same time months ago but when we arrived we found one of us on 2nd floor and others on 10th. What’s that all about? Food was indecently expensive so we didn’t eat here.

I had booked 2 rooms whilst staying away with Business. We arrived very late and were allocated rooms on level 4. All seemed fine, although corridors were a bit dirty, leaves on the floor and plastic wrappers too.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

A/C didn’t work, so we woke after about an hour roasting hot, opened window and it was very noisy with traffic. Back to sleep and then awoken by very drunk lads in the corridor, banging on doors, shouting up the corridor and shouting along to each other. Another guest shouted to shut them up and we were very close to doing the same.

Spoke to reception in the morning who were not helpful and eventually offered a preferential rate room... I will not be rushing back here so will have to await their response in way of compensation as we all had next to no sleep!
