What a wonderful two days my daughter and I have just had in Exeter staying at this fantastic hotel. From the moment we stepped through the doors into the bright, well designed reception area we were made to feel welcome and valued. With everything clearly explained to us we set off for our room which was large and bright, well furnished and decorated, The extra touch of iron and ironing board was very welcome as were the coffee and tea making equipment with the lovely biscuits. An extra single bed had been put into the room as we did not want to share a double but there was still plenty of room for moving around. The beds were fabulous, so comfortable it was difficult to get moving in the morning and we both agreed the pillows were the best we had ever slept on. Plenty of instant hot water in a lovely bright bathroom meant we had 100% comfort. We had both breakfast and evening meal at the hotel and I cannot praise the standard and selection enough, certainly as good as any top restaurant. This was our first stay in a Jury's Inn but it will definitely not be our last. Our whole experience was superb so thank you to every member of staff who contributes to the well being and comfort of their guests.

Well what can I say.....the staff here are amazing. They have made us feel so welcome. We first came here a year ago with our baby and they were so friendly that we returned again a year later. The staff found out it was my birthday and they have planned a whole host of surprises. This isn't what you expect from a jurys Inn, it is so much more. Thank you especially to Jess and Nicola who made our stay so special!

We just got back from a 2 night stay for the second time loved it. Friendly staff, clean room, good food .But I do recommend trying to stay on top floor away from lifts if your a light sleeper,as can be noisie on weekends ,with lads and ladies returning from nite clubs. But enjoyed our time and will return soon .

Very nice stay, but only one night. Comfortable and spacious room. Very nice staff. Evening meal was good, shame that they had run out of some options. Definitely would use this one again. Thanks very much.

The hotel was great with amazingly helpful an lovely staff. The room was cozy an very clean. The bar food I had was good quality but to top it was the breakfast in the morning as was spoilt for choice with the range of hot an cold.

Thank you to all at Jury Inn for a lovely experience from the beautiful aroma as you walk in, the friendly and efficient welcome from the reception. A wonderful surprise in my room as it was my birthday a box of chocolates and two complimentary drinks at the bar, and a birthday card!! lovely bar staff. The room was clean and fantastic beds!! everything you would wish for hairdryer, iron!! tea and coffee, all finished off with an efficient a friendly checkout with Amy at reception!! The car park not free but I managed to park and it was just down a little alley to the front of the hotel no problem and £6 till 4pm the following day ( I arrived about 4pm ) all in all a lovely experience and would definitley recommend!!

Stayed at this hotel on a Trafalgar bus trip last year

Only 1 night but we had a great stay. Large welcoming room, comfortable all around. Plenty of soft BIG towles and loads of hot water. Great curtains kept out the morning sun. ! Then breakfast, what can we say? Spoil for choice, very difficult to decide, had a full English in the end and it was great. Plenty and all hot food. Would definitely return and recommend to others . Staff very accommodating. Well done.

Just got back from a 3 night stay at the Jurys Inn! Great staff, great breakfast and a lovely clean, tidy and comfy room :) we will be back!

Brilliant hotel friendly staff would highly recommend to anyone place is beautiful and room was so clean I went for my 50th i would stay here again and Exeter is such a lovely place with lovely people

Another amazing stay at a jury's hotel :-) We had a problem with an aggressive guest not long after we'd checked in but it was handled so professionally by Stef, who looked at cctv, spoke to the person, kept us informed of what was happening, changed our rooms, helped us move and even through in free drinks for us ! Really impressed, thank you xxxx

Such a nice stay here staff are so pleasant and welcoming and looked after me in my late pregnancy, even got me a little gift bag of baby clothes! Room clean, nice food in the restaurant and so glad for the air conditioning!

I stayed here for three nights over the weekend while visiting girlfriend the room was very clean and had all the facilities you need tea coffee and free internet for 24 hours then you had to pay. I did feel the pillows need to softer as very hard even the spare one in the wardrobe but I am sure they will correct this. To all the staff at breakfast and dinner as we had on Friday night lovely food and lots to choice at breakfast. The ncp car park is opposite its about £8.00 per day it reduce rate ncp car park so that bonus in itself. so very happy I will be return so time in future I am sure.

I go reguarly to Jury's Inn in Exeter for meetings both one to one or large groups. .

It is conveniently next to a car park and easy to find.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, the facilities are great with little extras like coffee, note pads and sweets, a nice touch.

The bar service is good and staff very helpful. I would certainly recommend you try it for meetings as well as overnight stays.

Everything was good the food the hotel apart from the bed the mattress was dipped slightly which didn't give my wife a good night sleep, plus the pillows were not the best quality even tho they offered a softer one. Still a nice place to stay close to the city centre.

A few hiccups with housekeeping (rooms not cleaned at requested times and no towels.)

beds too soft & duvets too thick - but that's a very personal preference rather than a fault

We booked a Romantic weekend offer on-line. Unfortunately the staff did not seem to be aware of the offer and we did not get the advertised bottle of free Prosecco. We queried this whilst we were there and also e-mailed the manager of Jury's Exeter when we got home, but did not even get the courtesy of a reply. The hotel on the whole was clean and adequate, well positioned and the food was nice. We would not, however,visit again as we were disappointed that we did not get what we paid for.

Firstly parking was in a pay and display car park which was difficult to find at the back of the building. Staff were friendly when we arrived. The room was clean but quite small and very hot. The pillows were big and not my scene and the duvet a whopping 10.5 feather monster, so we ditched it and slept under the duvet cover. Wine was overpriced. Good breakfast spread and the coffee was pretty good too

we would like to bring it to your attention we had a bad experience staying with you last Saturday We have stayed with you before and was impressed. But this time was bad seeing that we paid £114 for 1 night. The room was dirty and had a few issues. Cobwebs, shower head broken, mould in bathroom, loose toilet seat, dirty curtains and stains on the walls. Have sent emails with no reply
