Jurys Inn Liverpool

Lovely hotel. Room was clean and free WiFi is a nice touch. All members of staff very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Good selection of food in the breakfast buffet, although I thought the sausages were slightly under cooked.

It's a lovely hotel on the Albert dock next to the big Liverpool wheel. The room's are all modern with big comfy beds. The room's come with tv's tea and coffee making facilities. Ironing boards with irons. The parking is a multi story car park around the back of the hotel a bit expensive but your car is secure

Breakfast was very good. Comfortable room. Very convenient for the Echo Arena. Guests can get a pass from reception giving a good discounted rate at Waterfront car park.

Not the best of hotels for the price. Very expensive for food and alcohol. £26 for 2 ham sandwiches and 1 drink. Nice beds and shower room. You get a tv, tea & coffee, iron & ironing board. Carpets are little grubby and could do with a good clean staff are friendly and nice. It's not a bad hotel. But you can get better for the same price ie primer inn's

Location was ideal for the event we were attending at the exhibition centre. The rooms were nice, clean and tidy as you would expect. Unfortunately, too many issues during our stay meant we left totally unhappy with the hotel. Check-in was a nightmare, staff looked disinterested and had a stroppy attitude. A function at the hotel had a cash only bar with staff not allowed to set up a tab. Not a great experience.

Great location on Albert docks means plenty of places to eat and drink. Plus near to the Tate and maritime museum. Only a 5 minute walk into the city centre for lots of shops. Hotel Nice and clean and rooms up to date and tidy.

Location is perfect if you wish to spend time at the docks. There is no parking you will need to find this yourself. The hotel could be excellent just a few things let me down. Reception could not find me a bottle opener in the WHOLE hotel, hard to believe and breakfast is not as nice as other hotels, only basic coffee, no lattes, hot chocolate etc. My room key also constantly stopped working. Positive things include the location, cleanliness and FULL Sky TV as standard including all movies/sports/Asian channels

Good mattress, slept well. Toilet plumbing very noisy, bathroom floor flooded during showering as curtain was too short! Breakfast usual corporate self-service affair but porridge was a class above.

Good quality hotel with good staff. No problems experienced. Nothing out of the ordinary either, fairly standard chain style set up.
