What a fantastic place to stay, couldn’t fault anything, Clean and Friendly, lovely rooms with good value for money, will certainly book again, It made my first Darts experience at the near by arena a lot better.. thank you.

Was truly a great place !. Was very clean and well kept. Staff was nice also. We were here for 4 nights. Restaurant was very good also. Will be back !

Stopped at the jury's Inn for a midweek break over Christmas whilst visiting family, the room was excellent and the bed fabulously comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic loads of different choices and nice and hot.

The staff at reception,bar and dining room were very friendly and welcoming.

If ever your in Nottingham for a few days or longer this is the place to stay.

Me and my partner stayed here for 1 night over the weekend. Loved it! Couldn't fault the hotel at all! Breakfast was lovely though busy but that wasn't a problem. Will hopefully be looking at going back in September �

I stay at Jury’s whenever I’m in Nottingham. Staff are great and I cannot fault the service. One thing I would change is that food served in ‘The Kitchen’ restaurant was on a plate and not in a wooden crate 😂 but that aside food has been very good every time I’ve eaten there.

Got there and checked in very quickly. Had a bit of an issue with the electricity in the area and they had extra staff in the reception keeping everybody informed. The staff were very polite and was constantly checking to see if people wanted drinks whilst waiting. The next day at breakfast the friendly staff was still apologising about the power cut, which was not their fault. I ate in the restaurant the second night and the restaurant staff were also very polite and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay and a very clean hotel.

Fantastic hotel, love staying there. Great rooms, with well thought out layouts, especially the positioning of plug sockets and the dressing table mirror. Amazing breakfast with loads of choice and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Most definitely would recommend this as a great place to stay in Nottingham.

Excellent value for money. Great place to stay and ideal location for all local restaurants, pubs and entertainments. Adequate rooms with a well thought out design and everything worked. Definitely use again. Can recommend.

Arrived early and although room wasn't ready we left bags safely and went shopping .Went back at 2pm was given a room on 9th floor which was good (couldn't hear traffic noise) Room was very clean everything was there that you need ,the bed turned out to be really comfy had a fab nights sleep and the breakfast was lovely Cabot fault the hotel it was lovely .Usually stay in premier inns but will be using this one now exceptional value for money

The hotel is very nice and the staff is really friendly. the only thing against it is that the arcondicioning in my room was not working and was one of those freezing days. apart from that I recommend it

Normally it's quite peaceful. But you will hear the ambulance siren quite often especially on road facing rooms as NHS hospital is nearby, which disturbing some time.



Room Furniture:*

Freeze not available. Microwave not available. These are the biggest con for this hotel.



Conclusive Rating:****

Close proximity, warm food, meticulous rooms and service are pros.

Unavailability of freeze, Microwave are cons.

Great hotel , nice rooms and a great breakfast. The parking is rubbish off site in not a nice place and £11 a night !

Apart from a few minor issues, the hotel is lovely. Very clean, neutral and well kept. The staff are both professional and approachable and sorted the issues with our heating out swiftly and effectively. I’ll definitely stay again if I find myself back in Nottingham.

Clean room but disappointed that there was no insight parking. The hotel bar was busy as it was the Premier League Darts night nearby at the arena and I was shocked that the bar had NO DRAFT BEERS. they said delivery was due the next day. Not very good forward planning.

So after a long stressful day of uni I come back to my hotel (Jury’s inn Nottingham) to find my suitcase handle has been broken. After complaining to reception 3 times and still not hearing anything back, I demanded to speak to the manager only to be told “Housekeeping hasn’t reported any incidents. Are you sure it wasn’t broken before you came to the hotel?”. No responsibility was accepted! Fantastic customer service, absolutely spot on! So anybody willing to stay in Nottingham and have their personal belongings damaged thrown in free of change, go ahead and try Jury’s Inn!!! ��� #jurysinnnotingham
