The action begins over pre-dinner drinks and concludes over coffee. While you sit down to a delicious dinner our actors will lay up the clues that you have to unravel. It is up to you to investigate and accuse a suspect. Guests are encouraged to join in although no one is given a particular character and it's fine by us if all you want to do is sit back and relax, and let us entertain you. Once the mystery has been solved, kick back and put on your dancing shoes and dance the night away to our resident DJ.

Presently surprised... lovely and clean , staff very helpful only downside no fridge in room .
Lovely room, best. Nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel! Highly recommended. Hairdryer in room didn’t work was only issue
Love this Hotel . . Near Drake Circus Shopping Mall , rooms felt spacious . Bathroom ok but bath was quite shallow as I like my baths to be deep but I it was ok . . Restaurant in Hotel was nice . Had meal on Sunday evening , and breakfast was good too on Monday morning
Stayed in Jury's Inn in Cardiff about 3 weeks ago which was excellent too
Stayed in Plymouth Friday 29th June to Monday 2nd July 2018
Great stay at Jurys Inn, Plymouth. Lovely hotel, great room and amenities. Staff could not have been friendlier, a big thank you to Rhy for looking after us!
Great hotel- very central and staff are all lovely!
Fantastic service from the staff last night. We couldn’t find anywhere to park one of the reception team came out to our car to show us which way to go. On checking in we realised that there had been an error with the date we booked (our fault) the gentleman checking us in was fantastic and very kindly sorted the booking out and managed to find a room for us. He also kindly booked us a taxi when we enquired about taxi services in the area. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely and clean and a really nice size. The little bar in reception was also really nice to relax in and the lady singing was absolutely fantastic..could have happily sat and listened to her all night. Overall a really nice hotel with helpful friendly staff and we will definitely stay again. Thank you.
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Great beds, great pillows, fantastic staff that will do everything they can to help. This stay was due to the rail issues at Dawlish. When I left in the morning unsure of whether the train would run they kept my room open till midday in case they closed the line again and I would be stuck in Plymouth got another night. Top marks guys I know where I will be staying on my next work trip to Plymouth
We were just in Plymouth for a quick visit overnight. The building didn't look great from the outside but inside was lovely. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming . Room was clean ,spacious and well equipped. Great location as we walked from the train station and everything needed was provided. Food was expensive so we ate out but would not hesitate to go back. Thank you.
Stayed 2 nights over Easter. Room was cosy and good, staff helpful. Hotel stated in the booking that parking is available but actually there is no parking in the hotel but a public parking is nearby which is very expensive @ £11 per day.
Wish hotel be honest and say no parking available in the hotel, public parking available and with proper satnav direction to parking. I
Staff are lovely the room ok but to remote did not work and the room was cold breakfast was al so not that good thecooked stuff was burn or under cooked and the so called infused water had big lumps of lime scale in eww
Nice clean and tidy on arrival. Helpful and polite staff. Room to a good standard pleasant nights stay with a nice selection for breakfast in the morning would happily stay again
Lovely clean room, breakfast was perfect, staff were friendly and nice bath, but bar was expensive, no water or biscuits in room, tea and coffee options in room were limited and very hot in room, would go back but think you could get more for your money elsewhere
Just stayed for 3 nights over MY fantastic value for money and great location defo will be staying again. Only thing is parking very expensive maybe should have a concession for short stays at £11.30 a day but that's the only thing.
It's a nice hotel, better than I expected for the money. The rooms and bathrooms are clean with comfy beds and soft bedding. Yes the bath is 3/4 size, (as someone on here complained), but at least it was very clean and had a good shower. The staff were helpful and friendly and were still smiling when we came in at 2am after a concert. To be fair we did turn up late for breakfast (15mins before they stopped serving) so we did have to find someone to get us clean cutlery, but then I was quite surprised that there was still plenty of hot food, toast and cereal to have.
I read a review complaining about weak coffee and watered down juice. I drink a lot of coffee and found the coffee there perfectly acceptable and if you didn't like it there's Costa coffee at the other end of the reception. As for the juice, don't all hotels water it down a bit? All in all it was a pleasent stay and I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.
Went to James bond themed Xmas night. Not really worth giving the night a theme as didn't really do anything g for it. Dance floor is tiny and lacked atmosphere. Drinks were outrageously priced £12.50 for a small bottle of prosecco. Won't be returning as felt truly ripped off by price of drinks.
We only stayed one night it was a lovely hotel staff were lovely and very helpful the only thing that let this hotel down was the horrible breakfast ! We've stayed in alot of hotels this breakfast was the worst !! At £11 each you don't expect Cold porridge uncooked bacon and tables not being cleared.
We've stayed in much cheaper hotels and we've always had bottles of water in our room this was one of most expensive rooms and no bottle of water.
Would we be back ????
Maybe but we'd go out for breakfast
Stayed here 2 week's ago and came back as was so pleased, but second visit was not so nice, dirty tissue on the floor, air con didn't work, got disturbed by housekeeping even though we put the do not disturb sign on the handle, room service food is not as described in the menu, i.e the fresh avocado starter is not fresh, it's guacamole from a tub, sandwiches are a rip off and not as described, the bread is thin, barely recognizable as granary, and don't get me started on the tempura halloumi dish! Saying that, the staff are always lovely, I'd like to come back, I'll just be checking the air con as soon as I arrive next time, and won't touch the food lol
Room nice, staff friendly unfortunately my room was close to the lifts which were faulty and made a regular loud noise until very late and again early in the morning so had very little sleep. I reported it when checking out apparently they had other complaints, the lady apologised however still payed the full price Premier inn would have cancelled the bill for the room.
Complete waste of money this place. Could not sleep in my room. The air conditioning sounds like a train above you while trying to sleep. Check out time is 12pm. I had a cleaner banging on my door at 9am. I would suggest going to holiday inn where you can get a good night's sleep. Poor hotel and poor staffing!
