you know what, it's 3 star but you get a lot for your money, it's very clean, the staff are really good and Friendly and you get an excellent breakfast for £10 .. all you can eat ... it's central so you can walk around and get a bite to eat or eat there, food is okay.

My room was clean, climate controlled, decent enough bathroom/shower... and the bed was really comfy .. so, no, not the Ritz but yes, great value and more than adequate for a business trip.

no problems at all with staff stayed with you a few times we are coming back wendsday night but please do not put us where the night club is has in The summer when we stayed we did not get no sleep all night because of the boom boom boom lovely breakfast staff very helpful yours miss c Butler

Very friendly staff (especially the waiting staff for breakfast). Good service, smiling and happy people. Breakfast was yummy. Good location too. Discounted secure car park opposite (paid £7). Local supermarkets very close.

Stayed one night as we were out in Sheffield for a birthday night out. Lovely hotel and Lee on the bar was excellent with drinks recommendations and the service he gave. Would recommend the hotel to anyone having stayed with Jury's in other places and have never had a bad experience.

Stayed on the Saturday night before Easter with hubby & son. Room was perfect and we even received a Happy Easter card and Easter egg on arrival! Will definitely be back x

Stayed 23.12.17 friendly staff ,clean rooms beds are brill, breakfast very nice, parking at npc opposite at reduced rate ,what more can you ask for your in the centre of Sheffield every think in walking distance,would recommend this Inn to any one . Perfect location lovely hotel rooms great breakfast really good, but best of all the staff really fantastic their appearance manner and level of customer service was simply outstanding

Only had a one night stay 21st till 22nd and was extremely pleased with the room. Very clean and super shower and a bath towel that actually got round me !!!!

No problem with noise even although there was a nightclub on the street below. Had a breakfast this morning which was super and all staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly. Would stay again if I’m up in the area

Not a standard review as I haven't actually step foot in the hotel! However, my parents are there this weekend and I arranged for a gift to be left in their room for my mums birthday. Sam could not have been more helpful and kept in touch via email, double checking they had the correct person etc. It really was no problem to them. And to top it off the hotel left a bottle of wine in the room as an additional complimentary gift. Thank you Sam! �

P.s cute rooms, clean and comfy. Good and fast service brilliant hotel. No fault to my stay. Definitely would and most likely will come back to this place.



Also for the girl who just started here, first day was 26th I believe, brown hair, middle parting, young, was at reception booking me and my boyfriend in. She was lovely. Shout-out to her.

I have stayed here twice while doing some work for Sheffield Hallam University. It's very comfortable and friendly, with an excellent breakfast. Although my room was paid, I can confirm that it is very good value, especially if you book in advance. It's also perfectly located for SHU.

Had a lovely stay by far best hotel we have stayed in . And stayed at a lot . Biggest star goes to the staff . Got a son with autism and they couldn't do enough thank you.

Best night sleep in the dream bed. Great location. Fantastic room after the refurbishment

Hotel was fantastic and staff brilliant. Was staying at the hotel and also attending training all week so i had the chance to meet all work shifts.

I the food was terrible and by far the worse part of my stay.

I ate there breakfast amd evening meal due to my company paying.



Would definitely stay again but room only.

Arrived and was checked in ok. Went up to our to room which was really clean and then noticed we had no bedding or pillows had to ask a housekeeping lady in corridor if we could have bedding. She then came in and out with sheets then pillows making the bed joined by another lady so we got shuffled about abit in the room whilst we were in the way. All said slept well when we got back from our event.

We booked 3 rooms for one night here, using Trivago @[843117579107861:trivago Hotel Manager]. When we arrived we were told that our booking hadn't gone through to them, even though the money had gone out and I had the confirmation and booking number. The manager told us the hotel was fully booked, and tried to call Trivago, but wouldn't give us the number to call them, as it was only a hotel number for emergencies, and the customer services number was closed. The manager happened to find us the 3 rooms that we needed, as these apparently were from customers who's cards had declined, but we had to pay again, and it was even more expensive. Unfortunately for us, there was a big concert on the that night, so we had no option but to pay again, at a higher rate. The receptionist was very rude, with a really bad attitude. We can't help but feel we have been scammed by the hotel to pay more for the rooms. To top it off we called the hotel after we stayed, to say that we were trying to book but was having a problem with booking through Trivago, only for them to confirm they accept bookings through Trivago?! Neither Trivago, the booking agent we were direct to by Trivago or Jurys Inn will accept responsibility to refund us our money, so I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank. My advice is don't use either Trivago or Jurys Inn.

Stayed in this hotel for first time last night with a group of 14. Hotel was clean enough staff were friendly, breakfast was great, but OMG our room was 429 and we never got any sleep due to Nightclubs opposite hotel, loud music and shouting and screaming from clubbers then to top it off the bedroom doors don't close without banging them. Shame they don't have a same policy as Premier Inn coz we certainly didn't get a good nights sleep 😡

Terrible service on the phone today as we tried to book a room over the Christmas period with disabled access. We were told there were absolutely no rooms with any kind of disabled access or any walk in showers on any night over the Christmas period. Apparently "we don't have that available at that time of year ".. it was a serious fob off no interest in my parents wish to hire even the most premium of your rooms so they can visit us at Christmas... no problem we booked elsewhere, your competitors treat us very well indeed...
