Non food related post for a change. Only people close to us will know but the me (Avi) and my partner Hadar met via the punk scene. This past couple of years we lost two punks that shaped our lives growing up, Pete Shelly from the Buzzcocks and Mickey Fitz from The Business. They inspired us to follow our dreams. Although they have passed they will live on through their music. RIP and up the punx. @ Just Falafs
Growing up in a hot country we didn’t eat soup very much. One soup I do remember fondly is a clear chicken and vegetable soup that my Mom used to make especially for me when I was ill. Things always seem a bit more bearable after. To date I associate it with healing.

Wow. That pitta bread is awesome! 3 of us went today. The service was quick, we had lots of yummy food and drink and were completely stuffed for just over £20 for all 3 of us :)
We consider ourselves blessed to live in close proximity to a variety of fantastic vegan eateries. The new kid on the block was certainly worth the wait. Delicious food at reasonable prices with a relaxed vibe & friendly staff.
