Finally, I finished my food shopping for the beginning of the week.From Monday I will be eating Kale, onion, tomato, kidney beans and flour only for 7 days! No coffee, tea, chocolate or anything else.. Guys I will survive!!! I am doing this to raise money for a project in Kenya which empowers women with agricultural training so they can increase their income, provide to their families and allow their children to go to school! Finally had the time to post something, was a great week so far, couple of runs, swimming, lifting and also managed to do some spinning, yay!!!
