I wouldn't trust Just Go. Returned a vehicle and they sent me an invoice for replacing a wing mirror, I found the same parts for nearly £260 less. When I disputed the cost and the fact that the works did not even need to be carried out, they then back tracked, apologised and sent me a new invoice £160 less for repair only.
But you said you had replaced it?! All very dodgy, will never use again and urge anyone considering these guys to steer clear. To this day, despite asking twice i'm yet to receive any photographic proof that the works (replacement or repair) have been done. They just took the money from my bank account.
7/11/17 - I'm not prepared to argue about this, stick your excuses. You know the whole thing was dodgy. Email me the pics! (third and last time of asking)

First time hiring a motorhome and after a couple of little issues that we're fixed we had a great time touring Thus lovely country of ours.
Now looking forward in returning next year and going to Europe fir a couple of weeks.
Thank you Just Go for a great vehicle which made our holiday a special one.
Very helpful staff. The pick-up could have been a bit quicker, especially as I thought most of the paperwork and form filling had been done previously on-line. But when we eventually got going we were very happy with the motorhome. It was well equipped and was an excellent 'taster' for us, being new to this type of holiday. We will definitely do this again!
Nice motor home! They tell you you are covered but you are Not covered for overhead damage! Damage was incurred that was no fault of ours and they Charged almost 2k for parts that cost £350!!!! Do not use!!!! Beware
Hired a motor home from here, which was fine but had a fault with the fridge. Had very poor customer service to resolve, and calls were never returned as promised.
Great concept but the service piece is really lacking... check out times dragged so we missed ferry slots etc. Had the feeling of a company with poor day to day management and no accountability of its staff.
Maybe they just don't know what "good service" looks like!
Although we wasn't there to hire I have to say a massive thank you to Isaac and Mike (wordkshop) Isaac although us being a competitor still helped us and spent time with is as if he were a customer and the workshop was excellent went above and beyond there duty even replacing a handle that wasn't standard on our motorhome! We are hoping to have a continued B2B relationship with just go for many years! There setup is great and very professional!!! Regards Luke New Marque Motorhomes
As a product, the motor homes appear to be good. The problem is the service which is where it can really count. In our case we had an issue that was badly handled by the owner, and when we escalated the problem, JustGo resorted to lying. While logic is on our side for this issue, when a company lies instead of trying to resolve a problem then they are fully untrustworthy and not deserving of our money.

Normally pick up time is 2-4pm when they are busy, as like my case, we got ours around 5pm. So when you schedule your journey, make sure you lost a day. They don't work on Sunday and you need to return your car 11am
