Just Meditation Description
Just Meditation exists to promote and facilitate the learning and practice of mindfulness meditation, through provision of drop-in classes, courses, workshops and training.
Just Meditation neither belongs to nor promotes any particular tradition whether religious or secular: we simply help you to learn, practise and benefit from mindfulness meditation so that you can make it part of your everyday life.
It is our goal to extend the benefits of meditation to a much wider range of people by providing opportunities to learn and practise meditation that are accessible, affordable and available to all.

The Meditation classes are so well led by Nicholas Buxton and work for all levels - I'm just a beginner and am learning so much. Life is much better with Just Meditation. I highly recommend it.

Just started meditation as a method of relaxation to help with PTSD/anxiety. Despite initial doubts of its benefits for me I have found it excellent and has helped me relax and step back, let negative thoughts go and start living more in the moment. Excellent informal environment and facilitated so well by Nicholas.
Just Meditation is by far my favourite meditation centre in the North East! Really great groups, lovely people and fantastic teaching and guidance WITHOUT anyone pedalling beliefs. It's just meditation! Totally amazing. Totally helpful. Totally trustworthy. So totally recommendable!
If you are interested in exploring meditation but feel a bit apprehensive I would encourage you to come along and join in a session. Not at all intimidating, despite what you might think, very friendly and accessible. Meditation has been incredibly possitive in my life.
Before I got the courage to enter that amazing place, I thought I needed to be special to experience such environment... Almost a year has passed since I was able to visit for the first time and I take advantage of every single event it's done there. The quality of the workshops, seminars, courses is outstanding, everybody is sooo welcoming and non judgemental in such a way I feel at home �.
