I offer a non-judgmental, confidential space for individuals and couples, to explore what can be confusing and difficult aspects of life, relationships and marriage, with a qualified professional. Working together in this supportive therapeutic space, you can safely explore and make sense of often difficult and confusing thoughts, behaviours, experiences and emotions.

You are not broken, you do not need fixing. My role in your journey is to work with you to bring about a level of true self-awareness that enables you to regain control and find balance.

In my comfortable therapy room in central Woking, I provide a confidential and supportive space for individuals and couples to explore confusing or difficult aspects of life in a respectful, non-judgemental and accepting environment.
