Just Wake - Tattershall Lake Water Park

Stayed both in a private lodge and in one of the Park owned new Tribeca lodges. Both occasions were thoroughly enjoyed by the family. Enough facilities to keep everyone happy but not as overcrowded as Butlins or Haven. Night time entertainment included cash bingo and live music or magic acts. Food was excellent in the Spitfire bar and overall the park delivered in all aspects.

It’s actually rare these days to come across customer service this bad. I last chased Just Wake for a response a full 3 weeks ago and have still not received a reply. Given that my request is for a refund owed to me, they appear to be being deliberately evasive, and it just goes to confirm what others here have mentioned about them being motivated only by money.

I called to cancel my booking 3 days in advance, which according to the terms on Just Wake’s own website entitles me to a “100% refund”. My call was neither answered nor returned. After further calls, a voicemail and an email, I did finally get a response. However they processed a refund for just half of the money paid, claiming that their phone records showed I had not called them. Somehow they neglected to realise that my phone also has call history which proves this claim to be false…

I have given up on getting my money back at this point – as I mentioned they have chosen to ignore any communication from me, leaving me powerless to get it back. I just want to make sure that no one makes the same mistake as I did. If this is Just Wake’s attitude towards their customers then I would seriously worry about how their business is run, for example with regard to safety. Best to steer clear!

Great fun on aquapark. Weather was cold but excellent piece of kit really recommend this plus friendly helpful staff always happy to help 13/9/2017

My kids and partner went on just wake and the loved it.. I enjoyed just watching. Well worth the money.

Come here to take part in a charity event and we were on the wipe out type course all day..... Great staff, good equipment, this can be dangerous though so be prepared to get wet, swim and fall, as long as people are behaving then it's great and a good workout at the same time!

I would avoid the aqua park at tattershall lakes , as the customer service skills are 0 , we booked online as a group and when we got there they said one of the kids was too small , fair enuf , even though he has been on in the past , but then they refused to give a refund , the young lady behind the counter claimed to be the boss , and was just saying it's the rules , if the kids can't go on how do you expect the adults to leave there kids on there own youse common sense , after arguing for 15 mins another (boss) said we could have a refund for 3 still not acceptable , should give a refund for the hole group as we didn't go on , there just after money and care about no one , my advice is go to a better aqua park with better staff

What an absolute laugh! Went with my two kids 14 & 11 years. Had a brill time, not happily communicated and laughed quite so much for ages with my teenager! A definate place to take your kids if they can competently swim and a bit crazy. Staff were really helpful and it was not too busy when we went. Other water activities look good too, might try some of them next time.

So good for the family, well attended and equipped.
