A lovely airy shop with a good selection of high quality electric bikes and owner Martin is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you're thinking about an e-bike then plan a visit here.

What a gem of a shop, you really cannot underestimate real knowledge and customer service with a considered purchase such as an electric bike. I was shown many different models from a showroom display larger than any in the midlands. I was able to test them all out and did not feel pressured in any way. The owner and his helpful lady assistant were outstanding, you will not get this level of service from the internet. We have already recommended you to friends and family, many many thanks.

After being given the opportunity to test a number of bikes we eventually settled on a KTM Lycan full suspension mtb.
The whole experience was helped by Martin and Tina who explained the difference between the bikes in a most helpful manner.
We didn't feel pressurised at any time which is refreshing in this day and age.
Even though the shop is a 90 minute drive from home, I won't hesitate to return ,as the service received was excellent.
I am looking forward to purchasing an electric bike for myself, so I will be able to keep up with my wife on our much anticipated rides when we relocate in France.

After we had such good service the first time we visited this shop, we decided it would be worth the long journey to travel back again to pick up some accessories for the bike. Martin actually fitted the accessories to the bike for us, which was great, anywhere else they would just send you away with the box to do it yourself.
