Justice For Children

About Justice For Children

Children should have an indisputable right to contact with both parents, siblings and grand parents after a divorce. Parental Alienation is child abuse

Justice For Children Description

Children have been denied access to their parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters and their wider family, by parents with whom they are resident making false allegations of physical, mental and sexual abuse. The courts still side with the person making the allegation, so called in the name of protecting the child. However who is going to protect that child when it grows up. There is the trauma of growing up being told you have been abused and the damage that can do, especially later in life when they try and form relationships with other people as they get older. Then there is the trauma of finding out that what they were told was all made up due to the spite and hate of a callous parent, this will be devastating. Yet Social Services seem to whole heartedly condone this behaviour and The Courts do nothing
