Due to this now being my only source of income with new clients I will be taking deposits on consultation or patch test appointments. which are 50% of the treatment cost you're going to have done. This will NOT add any extra cost on to the treatment you are having.
If the appointment is cancelled 24hrs or less prior to the appointment or if you do not show up to the appointment charges may incurr from 50% of the treatment. I understand emergencies and situations beyond your... control may happen, but it's very difficult to fill these appointments.
For clients who are on a regular basis do not show or cancel less than 24hrs notice prior to the appointment, I strictly enforce payment upfront for future appointments. A charge of 50% of the treatment may be incurred for the late cancellation/no show or the full amount if you do not wish to rebook for another appointment.
If you are also booked in for more than one treatment and decide to cancel one at last minute 50% of the treatment canceled will also be charged as it's late notice.
Also please be as on time as possible. If you are running 15 minutes late or more please contact me as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Time is everything in this industry and appointments are booked for the time in which the treatment will take. So if you're running late this will then make me run over into appointments during the day.
