Dont buy anything from these jokers. Clients of mine bought a generator and Auto transfer switch, which was sold by Tim who told them the two components would be perfect for the job and installed with minimal effort.
A long story short the two components were incompatible with each other. After a lot of work researching both products to determine the problem, when the solution was put to Tim it was met with his arrogant and juvenile response which I had learned to expect by that point.He said he wasnt answerable to me, and at that left my clients with the bill to rectify his mistake, which has cost them dearly.
Absolute horror story, hope I never come across the likes of Tim again, he should be ashamed of himself!
