I ordered a jacket at the end of April. Got an email yesterday from PayPal saying they've refunded me. Iv had no contact from them saying why I can't get the jacket. It doesn't cost anything to be nice!

I love the product and prior to receiving my item I had great communication with the company but I received my item and they shipped me the wrong size so now I’m waiting for a response from the company to find out how I can get the correct size and do a return? So disappointed!
