When I first jumped into the world of spirituality ЁЯЩП I was like a kid in a sweet shop Sooooo many shiny things on offer ЁЯМИ... And so many cosmic love filled emotions to experience
But... nothing was shifting for me ЁЯФТ
I was still shiiiiiit with money ЁЯТ░ A conflicted party monster who felt so mentally unwell taking drugs ЁЯдп But just couldnтАЩt put down the furry rainbow coat and stop it Unable to speak up about anything ЁЯдн And absolutely clueless about boundaries
Still stuck on the hamster wheel Whilst new experiences that wowed my socks off came and went ЁЯШФ
I affirmationed to fuck Constantly writing notes about how amazing my life was ЁЯдй Having a tight practice of visualisation Saying everything was тАЬlove and fluffтАЭ ЁЯШН And essentially ignoring the heap of shit I was having to shimmy around In order to do anything in my life
Then from nowhere I discovered shadow work ЁЯдУ A practice that allowed me to go into the painful past And pour in loads of love ЁЯТж No more denial Stark truths Lots of tears ЁЯШн And then... CHANGE! ЁЯТк
My flavour of shadow work is EFT I found it around 2014 тЬи And quickly became a practitioner

Smudging traditionally involves the burning of a dried plant or wood ЁЯМ│ Using the smoke to diffuse тАЬstuckтАЭ energy Often with a feather And raise the frequency of the space ЁЯе░ Through the tuning fork theory
