I was a good service but it feels like the man was just asking for money as the first bike i went on fitted me

Bought a new bike from here just last month. Staff were great, and last week took the bike in for it's first checkup :D. I'll be using this place for all my cycle needs from now.

I have brought in,a couple of old bikes for a service. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Very satisfied customers.

Paid for a tyre fitting yesterday, went to go for a ride this morning and it's flat. Swung by the shop to see if they'd take a quick look and change again (seeing as it was them yesterday who fit it). No help at all, "we'll have to take your details, we're too busy" poor service.

Very friendly and very informative !!!!! , I'm A newbie to mountain bikes and I found the information given by staff ( Tom ) invaluable when choosing my new bike .

Great shop! they have loads of bikes and clothing to choose from. The staff were really canny and really helped me find the perfect mountain bike.

The lad I was helped by asked the right questions to find exactly what I wanted to do and where I wanted to go.

Highly recommend will go back for my next bike
