K-Beatz

A final reminder there's no K-Beatz tomorrow, Tuesday 6th.

Don't forget there's no session on Thursday 25th October or Tuesday 6th November. All other sessions those weeks are running.

There's a change of entrance this Thursday (12th) - we will use Silver Hall entrance. This is the one we used to use about 2 years ago. If in doubt, phone me on 07894034259.

There's nothing nicer than the burning of your calves as you walk upstairs to remind you of how hard you worked!

Those 2 weeks went quick! K-Beatz is back again starting tomorrow night!

Just a quick reminder that there's no class this Thursday 19th July. Class is on 26th as usual. Summer closure is 31st July until 9th August.

What a fantastic Week 6 of this set of routines! Week 6 means it all gets a little bit harder with extra weights and reps. Last class of the week tonight, don't forget here's no class on Thursday for this week only.

K-Beatz is on Tuesday and Wednesday this week, then closed until the week of 16th April.

Wednesday 28th February - K-Beatz is on as normal tonight, 8-9pm.
Thursday 1st March - K-Beatz is cancelled. I'm reluctant to do this, but the school have said they're not sure if they can open for us and I wanted to give as much notice as possible. And there's still time to come to tonight's class......!

Hi, there's a school disco on Thursday so we need to use a different entrance. Can you wait by the main (new) school door - as you come in the school gate it's slightly to the right by the bike sheds. I'll come and walk you over to the gym. Thanks, Gillian

It's been lovely to see new members over the past 2 weeks, and of course our 'usuals' being challenged with new routines! See you all Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. New members always welcome so come along and try us out!

Love Kbeatz! Never a dull session! And regular new routines means no chance to get bored or reluctant! Gillian is fantastic & you can go at your own pace (no pressure to keep up!) wouldn't dream of going anywhere else �

It's brilliant fun and you can see and feel the results!
