What can I say, I absolutely love this place. I've been several times, need to visit again as haven't been in a while. Highly recommend working through the dessert menu.

We've visited twice in our 4 day trip to London. The staff is very friendly, the tea and sandwiches fresh and delicious. Would go there again �

The awesome taste of Turkish coffee with mastic (an inhouse flavor of unknown spices) is the best thing to try out...loved the atmosphere, and needless to add- the best coffee my tongue would have ever tasted....must visit!!

Me and my family had a lovely day here food was fresh and the service was good prices slightly higher but to be expected in Green Park. Defo recommend Salep drink 👌🏼

If you’re in Piccadilly DO NOT WALK PAST THIS PLACE!! Brilliant staff, great selection of everything....wonderful and very tasty! ���

Absolutely the best desserts I've ever had! Having gained 14 kilos over the past year, I have earned the title of "Master of Desserts", so take my weight in words for it when I say this place is dessert heaven. They also serve other less important stuff which is handy if you've somehow managed to fill up on their dilicious desserts.

3rd visit , love this place. Had sandwiches and large ice cream and shared . Love choc spoon with coffee. Purchased some chocolates today , very yummy.

Today’s visit was my first time to this place based on reviews and recommendations. It has a quite nice ambiance and staff was very friendly. I’ve tried the salep and it tasted superb. The others had cake, coffee snd ice and were very happy with their orders. This place is located near the Piccadilly Circus snd easy to reach. I’d sincerely recommend it.

Nice cakes and a good place to cool on a hot summers day in central London.

I know about this coffee shop from Romania and I just discovered it in London, I was trilled. I love their Caramel Macchiato - good balance between coffee and sugar. I'll go back just for it.

I like the fact that the waiter has on his ecuson different flags, which means the languages he can talk with you, in case you're english it's not you're forte.

Busy place so they might be late to take you're order but if you go to the cashier she can send someone to speed things up.

I enjoy every time I go here. Vanilla ice wasn’t available but they had clotted cream asked if the kids could have a taster and it was no trouble at all.



All drinks and desserts ordered were at high quality and the service of the waiter was exceptional.



Slow to begin with but overall a good experience

Great service, nice staff! The only thing that made it only 4stars was that the inner part of the café was not open, which made the visit a little noisy. The afternoon tea was delicious and a little different.

I used to love this place. Whenever I’m in West End, always try to visit for a cuppa or afternoon tea if I’m out with friends. The service is not brilliant, most of the waiting staff are slow & inattentive. You ask for something & it takes ages before you get it. I was out with a friend recently & quite disappointed not only with the service but the food itself. I love the borikitas filled with spinach & cheese but on my last visit they tasted funny & wasn’t keen on finishing them at all. My friend asked for a chicken & avocado baguette & instead she’s been served with bread. When asked about it, the waitress insisted that it only comes in bread but the menu says differently otherwise. Not sure if I’m coming back again soon.

Food and drink wasn't bad , although desert slices getting thinner and thinner. but staff didn't seem interested at all for customer service. Despite they're charging service fee which is %10!!!

Unfortunately staff don't seem to be interested in serving customers and borderline rude.There don't seem to organisation clearly poorly managed. I have recently made significant amount of purchase my chocolate fundue set was missing chocolate even though staff asked me what chocolate I would like. It's such a shame that such basic good customer skills are not being practised. The service was good, but the quality of the food was terrible. The prices were too high for such a lack of quality. Definitely a place I would not go to again.

Girls serving there are moody . I can drink cheap coffee anywhere I went to this place for experience and it was bad will never go again .
