Welcome to Kalindi Yoga!
We hold all our Frome based yoga classes in our cosy, quiet studio space in the centre of Frome, the Secret Yoga Space. Our classes hold 5 people maximum so every student receives individual attention and adjustments to suit their body.
Our Secret Yoga Space is also hosting various retreat days and workshops throughout the year so head to our website for more details.
We also teach in Bristol on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings at Portland Therapy Centre, Staple Hill.
