Strawberry season is in full swing and we love it! A fresh handful goes a long way on our rice cakes, especially with a delicious dollop of natural yoghurt 🍓 🍓 🍓

The rice breakfast cereal is disappointing, compared with the honey rice cereal. To be fair, it does not vanish into dust and air like the supermarket free-from one nor is it as scratchy as the one from the health food chain store but it's soggy and now I feel as though I have forgotten to have breakfast.

Although the stock pots are palm oil free, Kallo stock cubes contain *palm oil*. I have bought the stock cubes for years, but they are off my shopping list until the palm oil is removed. The RSPO label is not to be trusted, as the countries that produced this environmental nightmare are corrupt- mislabelling is rife.
