We are now accepting 1 to 1 private lesson requests.
These sessions are closed door, and will go through any aspect of martial arts, from basic confidence building, to full sparring. We tailor make the sessions to the individual - perfect for those nervous about taking up a martial art.
... It's also fantastic for those already in the martial arts world, looking to expand on their skills

**Venue Change - this is an amazing hall in Brighton which is fully equipped with pads, bags and even a boxing ring. It's small but sufficient. I've increased the time from 9am - 12pm so people can arrive at ANY time. Price is still the same - £10 on the door
The session is a one off - no contracts or sign up. You don't have to be a member to come and join us. ... Parking at the venue is very limited, but I believe the large Sainsburys opposite do pay and display.
