Recently had my first session with Karen and it was very calming and relaxing.karen makes you feel at ease in fact I felt like I had known her for years. It definitely helped with my pain caused from fybromialga and allowed me for the first time in months to have a restful nights sleep. Can not wait to book my next appointment.x

Karen was true to her word. Arrived on time, provided everything needed for the treatment (stools/towels/oils/etc), and left me feeling relaxed and my feet feeling wonderful. She said that I would be tired later - and not only was I tired I had the best nights sleep I'd had in ages! 2nd session booked and I can't wait. I would recommend Karen to anyone looking for some rest and relaxation.

Karen is very professional and totally client focussed, she has a calming personality, putting others at ease, which is important when coming into cilents homes and meeting them for the first time. My first treatment was theraputic and benefitted me, so I will certainly be asking Karen to come again. The products Karen uses are organic which are better because they don't contain unnecessary fillers and irritants.

Karen is amazing I've had reflexology a few years ago before I had surgery which really helped. I've recently started again and I'd forgotten how relaxing she is.

If you have chronic pain then I highly recommend it as it really does make a difference.

Karen is a lovely lady and makes you feel very at ease. It is rare to find a mobile reflexologist who can work around you and come to your home which is a plus and saves going to a salon. A very calming and relaxing treatment.

Karen came out to my house today and left with me feeling really calm and relaxed. Karen does not push, she will leave you to close you eyes and relax but if you want to talk, she will. I would totally recommend and i have booked again which shows how good she is!

Karen is very professional and cares a lot about my headache problems. The massage is incredible and I always feel so relaxed and have the loveliest sleep afterwards. I had my first reflexology session with Karen last night and I have to say how relaxed I was afterwards. I have fibromylagia and although medication does help with the pain, it's very difficult to relax my body. I usually wake up each morning feeling like I've had several rounds with Mike Tyson and lost, but for the first time in years, I woke feeling refreshed. I can highly recommend Karen for her expertise in reflexology.

I had my first experience of Reflexology today and I'm so glad I chose Karen! Such a lovely lady, felt instantly at ease and the whole experience was so relaxing. Just what this busy Mummy of two needed. Will definitely be booking again soon �
