#Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate...

i will start off my saying, i recently took my girlfriend here for her birthday. it is clean and the staff are friendly i cant not fault them. i recently had knee surgery and they were completely understanding, the food good lord this is coming from someone who has not had chocolate in well over a year BUT the waffle was light and airy and soft and just yum haha. the strawberries were juicy and just tasted amazing and the milky bar milkshake now that was very, very nice. if you are wanting a fun place to take the family for a treat then this is your place, if you want to surprise your partner then bring her here. they are welcoming and friendly i can not fault them. fantastic. oh and one last thing, GET THE ICE CREAM, DEAR GOD GET THE ICE CREAM lol. we might visit again :P :) thank you kaspas for a good evening enjoyed it.

Visted for the first time this evening. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food came quickly and it was nice and clean inside. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. Would only reccomend they look into doing a smaller kids menu perhaps as portions are slightly unreasonable for children. Would definitely reccomend and will be visiting again �

Very happy customer, the service is really good and happy to have the amazing food, the deserts are out of this world.

Very friendly, quick service, loved my waffle and kids loved their pancakes. One pancake came wrong but was quickly changed and ice cream offered while my daughter waited for her pancake.

Totally amazing, our 1 year old is on a sugar rush � but well worth it!!!

Never really had a bad experience. If I've had an issue with anything staff have been very helpful and apologetic!

Me and my partner went this evening for a meal. We both had waffles and milkshakes. Absolutely heaven on earth. Lovely staff too. =) =) xxx

Kaspas is definitely worth the money, felt very welcome and quick service, will definitely come back and recommend too friends and family.

5 Stars for the food , went with friends and we loved it that much we visited 3 times in the week lol

Though the food is amazing there are a few issues we had, The first time we visited sitting in to eat wasn’t a option even though we got there for 9:20pm and they closed at 10pm

There doesn’t seem to be enough staff and I feel it would be a nice touch if customers were waited on rather than having to go to the counter to place your order.

Also the toilets on all 3 occasions I visited were in really bad order and needed much attention hence the not enough staff comment

But I still loved the place and will definitely be going again 👍🏼

Went here last night with my wife for a treat after dinner at home and we were both delighted with the service and the food, portion size was great, although slightly expensive just for a dessert it certainly was a great treat.

Would I go back, most probably but not with the kids as I think the portion size is too big for them

Waiting at a long queue to order and pay with only 1 person is not ideal and spoilt the experience a bit.



The 2 young girls at the table next to us had waited over and hour for a cookie dough order.



They didn't know we had ordered drinks along with our waffles and when I asked a waitress was told.. smoothies are classed as desserts .... so what was the difference we were still waiting on them....



The music was very loud at one point, but they did turn it down.



I do hope they get the service sorted out and the ability for more than one person to order at a time as there must be over 40 tables and only 1 service till.....



The only reason I have given it as high a mark as a 4 was the food was good once it arrived.



I asked if they did a children's menu as I would love to take my grandchildren there but was told they don't... shame as I really don't think they could manage a whole waffle, yes I'm sure they would give you an extra plate so a waffle could be shared but you try telling 7-9 year olds that they have to order the same thing to share... I'm sure they could do a half waffle or pancake.

Positives - food is excellent , coffee is strong and Gus is likeable

Negatives - the card machine rarely works, the toilets need a clean and the music is pants

Deserts were lovely, but my son managed to burn the tips of his fingers on the hot plate whilst our order was being taken. Not a single member of staff offered first aid or ask if he was ok �Had to ask if they had a first aid box with a cooling pad in it and was told no. The young girl did offer ice and bought it wrapped in a glove which was better than nothing. My son was in a lot of pain and discomfort and crying a lot. Just disappointed in lack of health and safety, if the hot plate is that close to till then shouldn’t there be some sort Of raised guard around the counter!!

Waited half an hour for three desserts. It was a Sunday afternoon and not that busy. Our 4 year old son started to get very bored with the wait as did the wife and I. Was just about to leave when they turned up. They were ok. Unsure about the price. I had the strawberry cheesecake sundae...lots of cream...little cheesecake/ice cream...meh! I think the wait ruined the dessert.

Myself, my friend and her 3 year old child went here yesterday as a treat to kill some time whilst the car was being washed. We said we'd sit at a small table but instead they sat us at one of the booths which was fine but meant the 3 year old couldn't reach the table and he actually slipped off the bench and under the table as it was so far away from him. We queued up at the counter which only had one person serving. We ordered drinks and crepes and cake for little one.

The drinks arrived and were fine however when our food arrived we had no cutlery and had to ask. We then needed to ask for some napkins as had none, they only brought enough for one each of us which with a young child wasn't really enough.

The food was okay however none of us finished it as it was sooo sweet. Hopefully just teething problems that will be rectified in time - perfect for those with a mega sweet tooth not so much for those without

Long wait at the counter to place an order as only one person taking the orders and this was a Saturday afternoon!! Only 2 sundae dessert choices on the menu as no flavoured icecream available, customers were not being informed of this in advance so there were a couple of irate people when told having queued for quite a while that their choice of pudding was not available, the gateaux desserts in the cold counter looked cheap and nasty, the waffle I had was somewhat dry and when I bought the cookie dough dessert to take away I was asked if I wanted icecream with it!!??!! I nicely replied no thanks as I think it might melt by the time I get home! Doh! 😂😂

Quite a lot of inexperienced staff and lack of communication!

It's worth a try but I personally won't be breaking down doors to go back....

I didn't realise 2 milkshakes 2 smoothies 2 ice creams and one waffle would take nearly an hour to arrive to the table! Being a Sunday. Absolutely ridiculous. Not enough staff that knew what they were doing! The waffle actually came out before any of the drinks (after about 30mins of being there) and even that should have gone to a table that had been waiting longer than us as it was to finish their order. The place is a right shambles and we certainly won't be going back. Food and drinks were good. Service let you down!

Turned up at 21:30, doesn’t close until 22:00, was expecting to be able to sit down and enjoy a dessert but turned away by the lady who told us ‘only takeaway’ very rudely. Nowhere does it say only takeaway at that time. Very disappointed on my first visit to this place.
