totally love this place and its desserts! Had my daughter's birthday party there and kids enjoyed to the fullest. Very friendly and proactive staff and services. They reserved a space for us and took good care of us. Got complimentary juice drinks for kids as well.
Mine & my Daughters second home ... Maybe thats why I'm overweight � But Hay-Ho we just love it ����

Very nice clean place with very good choice in desserts. Bit there is no need to wait by the door to be seated when you have to go to the counter to order yourself. Plus it's a bit on the expensive side.
Nice for a fun lunch with the kids. Definitely worth having the waffles.
Keep an eye on what you are being charged for! Not the first time I've had things added to the bill ! 5 coke floats this time.

Ice creams are nice but the staff are as miserable as anything!!!!! Clearly lacking in customer service skills and need to be trained properly to be able to offer a good service to people who are coming in and effectively paying their wages!!!
Great place if you love ice cream, milk shakes and basically anything containing huge amounts of sugar. Can’t complain about the food as had no complaints from the pre-teen birthday party. However we found the service very slow, to the point of actually going back to the counter twice to get a milkshake that they forgot to make and 20 minutes wait for a round of 3 coffees to arrive which they had forgotten to make.
Good value for money. Not so good at service. Had to wait ages for the last dessert to come.
The dessert was perfect.. But the running of the place is a shambles. The person who initially served us, was more interested what was going on behind her, than service to customers.. We then waited over 25 minutes. Not only that they took our table incorrectly.. Which almost got delivered to wrong table. I had to go and complain about the wait and wrong table.. They re raised order with the correct table number. I would not recommend Sidcup branch to anyone. Until they have sorted out the customer service training and also employed Manager and Assistant manager. The staff are feral at moment.
Slow service even when it was empty , music far to loud and I felt I was in a night club with the choice of music being played . No toilet roll In ladies, couldn't wait to get home
Usually pretty good service, but last night it was shocking! The sorbets were melting as the freezer wasn't cold enough. Served up a sundae that had basically melted. Sent it back for the manager to be sarcastic and blaming other staff
Ended up having to order something else (cheaper) and they didn't even refund the difference
The staff were kind of invisible. One staff member was friendly but no other interactions with other staff. We were 2 adults and a 7 and 3 year old with us. A group of 3 kids came in.. 12/13 years old maybe and sat in an opposite booth. They thought it was hilarious to make loud 'fart noises ' with their hands/mouths.
We bore it (about 30 mins) until it became rather annoying and asked them to 'act their age' and that we had small children with us so please refrain from the bad language. We were hit with a barrage of abuse so told a staff member.
The staff member did talk to them quietly but they insisted we had verbally abused them first, which obviously wasn't true.
They had no respect for us and made us feel very uncomfortable...we'd spent quite alot of money in there for a family treat.
The manager/worker/whoever he was, was in an awkward position but never got the upper hand and these little shits ruined our treat out and I would never go back for this reason.
It's a shame my review is based on the actions of others..the food was actually very nice but completely ruined by the behavior of those boys and the managers inability to evacuate them when they became a problem.
The 3 of them also followed us out of the venue..hurling abuse and threats. As I've said, we had a 7 and 3 year old with us and it was not a pleasant experience.
Sadly, this has marred my visit to Kaspas and I will not return with my respectful family.
The majority of the staff were good apart from the manager. After a friend with a severe nut allergy asked them to make sure they didn't mix the order up they did and he drank some Nutella milkshake. He had a serious reaction to it and luckily had his epi pen on him! The manager pretty much laughed at the situation and tried to give us a buy one get one free offer! He said that this sort of thing has happened a few times. Can I suggest you train your staff better on the importance of not mixing up orders when the consequences can be so serious.
Really bad experience
Was my daughters birthday and she wanted to try this Particular one.
We was told to sit where we want and never saw anyone after that.
We had to mention the birthday shake that is advertised on website that Birthday girls get..it was bought to her In a simple plain glass no fuss no here you go and no happy birthday, no sauce, not even a strawberry on top to make it look nice - it looked like a dog puked in a cup.
not one person said happy birthday, not one person came to the table to ask if all was ok
Service was terrible -no one spoke to us at all !! Was quite shocked.
Really disappointed going out our way to try this place.
Manager was not helpful when we told him how no one has even spoke to us or asked us if we want anything..all he could say way ok sorry, so all in all a terrible experience.
Shame.
Manager Anna was really rude after sending us the wrong order. Refused to correct her mistake and informed us that we didn't understand. Bad customer service ��
Keep away and if have you nut allergies and told them falls on deaf ears and all staff do is laugh about it and give out discounts to brush it under carpet �
I don't know how, but there was only two tables full and yet I still waited half hour for 3 ice creams. Yes that's right. 3 ice creams took half hour to get to my table. I could have had a 3 course meal. Whoever runs this branch must be sacked! Pure incompetence. The amount of money they must loose out on. The product itself was just plain. 6.50 for a sundae. The service is disgraceful
