Nice place to take your work colleagues and family
It's a good place if you want delicacies on your tastebuds :)
It was funtastiic �� would love to go again.
We were the only people in the place it looked drab paintwork was peeling strawberry shortcake ice cream was sour and display case cakes looked full of colouring and e numbers wont be going back in a hurry
When I went there, the service was very slow but I liked my dessert, it was very delicious.
Strawberry cheesecake ice cream tasted sour, like it was off, i was told it always tastes like that because of the heat in the place. But the rest of what we had was decent enough, staff weren't too much help
Food was great! But the music was absolutely shit! Clearly catering for the youth of Croydon, I wouldn't mind so much if I could und3rstand what the fuck they were saying!
Very dissapotined with the level of service I received today.
Upon finding plastic in my waffle (which I nearly chocked on) I was told by the very rude manager (Camila) that I will not receive a refund as I had already eaten most of it.
After asking for the costumer service details I was told there was none. Will be taking this further!
Disgusted and will not be returning! Be warned people it is not safe eating here.
The place is really bad. Highly priced for what they offer. And the service is really bad and the staff especially the cashier woman with the Russian/Slovenian accent is so rude.
I used to come in 2016 but when i went yesterday it was really awful , high prices with low quality and the stuff is very rude !!
