Great desserts but seems understaffed also the down fall is it seems to be a meet up point for all the teens who just sit around and not even buy anything this can be very intimidating for some people

Absolutely love it here! I have visited the store several times and the Food has always been wonderful, the staff always providing a great family atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Come here once every few months with friends but last night it was very loud and hard to talk to friends - please don't play the music so loudly it's not a club!

Also my crepe was not soft :( but as it's the first time that's happened it's not soo bad

The waffles are amazing but the music is always too loud. Please turn music down.

Been there few times now with our toddler but the service is a joke. You have to wait for a scoop of ice cream 5-10 min with not full restaurant ( 3 tablets top ) Toddler was crying as they choose to serve 3 deliveroo Guys even thou we were there first. Won’t be back.

Went for a take way.... had to wait nearly and hour for a a strawberry crepe and dip... I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THERE WAS NO MANAGER PRESENT WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO ONE.



VERY VERY UNHAPPY HAVING BEEN A REGULAR SINCE DAY ONE

The only thing this place has going for itself is the decor but the fact they have no air con and result to opening the doors at the front on a cold November evening really isnt acceptable (espicially when they seat you at table 11 and you have kids).

My crepe was cold, chewy and undercooked. It must have been laying around for some time and slapped on a plate and served. A refund was duly honoured. I have no idea how this place is still surviving. This is the 2nd visit and an epic fail again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I went there last night for a treat for me my sister niece and daughter and bought strawberry crepes with loads of Choclate went home after I got dropped back as I don't drive I and 3 other people got either are tooth broken or choked or cut gums as there was ten pieces and still counting in just one of them and four in two bits I took from mine I was told that if I want too come all the way back I can have some more plastic pancakes or I will have too come in tomorrow not much else they can do I never complain but if I don't hear back from them asap I will take this as far as i have too I have the pancakes too take back in and the plastic as I will be showing them that it's all through the pancakes I was looking forward too them and now feel ripped off and mad as hell

Fcked up a protein shake 5 times in one month, incorrect mixer used and shake tastes like a milk shake then a protein shake. (And the person doing it did not care) The amount of protein mix used is essential for nutrition, this is something you cant afford to fck up!



You just last a loyal customer, thanks kaspas your crap when it comes to nutrition!



And people who know quality, will know not to come here.

Bloody aweful me and my aunt have just bought two crepe and icecream from here (kaspa's desert place tooting) and taken them home to bite into them and realise they have full of small sharp bits of plastic! I chipped my tooth & I stopped eating it immediately but wanted to see if it was just one bit or more so have felt the crepes and found 10 pieces of sharp plastic cooked into the batter mix of my crepe alone! My aunt has checked hers and hers is also full of bits of plastic! We are fuming £15 down the drain & when we called they said they can't do anything untill tomorrow we live in Mitcham so we now have to pay fares to go to tooting tomorrow to get are money back� erm never eating here again stay away!!!
