Delicious food and friendly service. Food is served promptly and is reasonably priced. The only thing that lets it down is the wheelchair entrance is not available to be used and even if a wheelchair could get access, the wheelchair user would not be able to get to the counter to order as there are steps only and there is no barista service. There also needs to be a rail at the other entrance for customers with ambulatory mobility. If they rectify this then they could attract even more customers.
Ordered the strawberry indulgence waffle, georgous,but received the wrong drink, got a strawberry shake when I asked for a slush, it was disgusting and sickly,,,,
Desserts were delicious however the guy on the till (I'm assuming the owner as he was the only one not in uniform) could do with working on his customer service.
Also think you should maybe consider a children's menu whereby the portions are smaller and prices lower. Seems a bit crazy ordering a massive dessert for my 4 year old and paying full whack when there's not a chance she'd eat it all.
The desserts were all delicious and well presented so would return but maybe would have to share rather than order individually.
Nice milkshakes but both times we’ve been they’ve mixed up our milkshakes and we had to figure out ourselves which one was which.
Just been in at 9. 50pm for 2 desserts had to ask to b served plenty ppl standing doing nowt but they asked a girl who was actually making an order to serve me. Hot apple pie n cookie dough they heated the apple pie up straightaway so by the time the cookie was cooked the pie was cold. Very poor service
They brought the wrong order then refused to replace it with the right one. Had to buy a totally new one to avoid a disappointed little girl. Then the girl on the counter argued about who was right and wrong. terrible customer service. appalled!!!
If it has - point, i can give them minus point. We go to kaspas clayton street at 10:20pm. One woman didnt serve us to table as closing at 11 pm. We were asked to take away. Ok fine. Then 10:30, 2 groups came and they still served. I don't understand why they can be racist. Omg never thought that happen in UK. Im so disappointed. Noone goes to give us a sorry. Never back
I went into Kaspas at 20:30, with my friends i was greeted by a woman with bad manners saying there were no tables available but we can clearly see two tables were free, so we asked if we could be seated, upon ordering my brother took all our orders, when the desserts came we got three of our orders wrong, i ordered white choc indulgence but strwaberry indulgence came, so i went up to swap it, and the manager was saying i cant swap that, i said its the same price, why cant i not swap it, he said lets say i swap it whats going to happen to that wrong order, its going in the bin thats still £6 or £7 worth i was saying yes i understand but it was an honest mistake with the order can u not swap as i was able to swap it the last time, he said no! This is coming from the manager, Mr Sha is the name of the manager! When I asked the staff what there managers name was they looked angry and abrupt at me, one staff came up to me a guy and said why do you want to know our managers name, I said because i wanted to know the name of the person I was talking to. While talking to Mr Sha the lady who greeted us at the door was getting involved as well! Ive never felt so humiliated and felt like i was the customer coming in to pay for my order and thats the kind of customer service i get! I have been a chef before and worked in customer service and this is not how you treat your customers!!! Never coming back again!!!
